I had a good thing, so I left this in the refrigerated room, which has become a dedicated temperature for cooling sake, just in case something good happened. The carbonated bubbles were large (I personally prefer a smaller one), Anyway, it was easy to drink and tasted so good that I drank it right up. I could taste it, but it was so easy to drink. And drank it in no time, I went to bed with a patter, though, The next day, I felt so refreshed. It was so refreshing that I wondered if I had drunk it the next day. Kijoshu Unusual sake. Pierre Hermé ✖️NEXT5 Manufacture Yamamoto The sake that is brewed is Shinsei's Blaxcat 2019. I'm not sure about this sake, but it tasted cleaner and better than I expected.

This is the first time to drink this brand❗️ This sake is sold at a limited number of stores❗️ The only place to buy it is from the liquor store that was involved in making the rice. Aroma of yogurt❗️Taste I'm sure you'll be able to find something that you like, but I'm not sure if you'll be able to find something that I like. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great idea.

Last weekend I was out of sake to go with oden, so I went to the local supermarket and bought a 300㎖ bottle for the sake. It has a sweet and refreshing taste. It's good at hiya, but it tastes even better when it's warmed up to human skin temperature to increase the sweetness. However, I thought it would be too clean to pair with oden. I chose this sake because I wanted to keep it light, but.... If I wanted to warm it up, I could have used a more robust Junmaishu or even Honjozo. I'm still learning💦.

On a trip to Shiga, I visited Hirai Shoten. The quaint appearance of the store and the display of products were a sight to behold. Today's bottle was the "Sake Brewer's 3003000 Year Old" (pictured left). The aroma is melon, apple, and pineapple, and the first sip is a punch. It has a mellow sweetness, but the acidity and bitterness make it crisp and refreshing. Delicious. Well, Shiga Prefecture was fun! I'm also looking forward to Kosetsu (I heard it's read as Fouche) on the right side of the photo 😄.

Rabenten is not often seen at liquor stores, but since it was at a department store, I bought it. The Yamadanishiki sake was sold out, so I chose Dewa Sanzan. It is quite gorgeous and fruity. The second half is a little spicy, but it is easy to drink.

This Sake is fruity, crisp and has a long aftertaste. The flavor is like a young pear with a hint of licorice. The acidity gives this a bright and full mouth feel. I am surprised at how long the finish is for this Sake.
To close out the summer. Looking back on summer. Finding the Bentsen Natsu Ginjo After all, the Bentsen suits me. It is crisp and has an indescribable sweetness. I want to call it "Benten Umami", not "Japan Blue". Yamagata's local sake.

I was curious about Kanagawa sake 🍶 purchased at the brewery. Is it for export? Stylish bottle. It has a 90% Omachi rice polishing ratio and 40% koji ratio from Okayama Prefecture. Aroma: Mellow Omachi sweet aroma...sweet mouthfeel! It's not so much a food sake as a wine, but rather a wine that can be drunk in small sips. It's like a dolce in wine. Recommended for first time sake drinkers! I can't wait for this encounter with this delicious sake!

Souvenirs from my husband's business trip to Fukui I have been enjoying it slowly since the weekend. I guess it is the type of drink I don't usually drink. I felt it was dry. This one was given to me in return for sake I sent to my boss, and it's my first Fukuoka Prefecture sake! I didn't know what to choose when it came to Fukuoka sake, so I'm very grateful to be able to drink it in this form! It is a well-balanced and delicious sake. The most wonderful thing about this sake is that it is fire-aged, so it is hard to lose this flavor. It tastes great even after a few days. Although there is sweetness, it does not bother you too much because the main flavor is umami. What is this feeling of being able to drink without getting tired of it? It is not so much sourness, bitterness, or astringency, and it is strange that it is smooth but somehow deep and earthy. Actually, I forgot to post this post after drinking it, but I had this one for New Year's Day. This kind of aromatic and light sake was definitely a good match for Japanese dishes like Osechi. My first Fukuoka sake was a simple and good sake.

This is my first New Year's Day back in my hometown Osaka. This year, my parents invited us to their department store Osechi. My sister and her husband brought me a bottle of Okutanba as a celebratory sake. You can feel the sweetness of the rice in the beginning, but it changes to a dry taste in the middle to the end. It is a perfect match for the richly flavored Osechi and fatty yellowtail sashimi. It is said that the sake degree is +5 (dry), but I feel that it is +2~3 (slightly dry?). I guess. Anyway, it was a delicious sake. Thanks to my sister and her husband!

The sake my sister and her husband served me at New Year's was so good that I decided to pick up another brand from the same brewery. Okutanba Junmai Ginjo. This is Yamana Shuzo's regular sake. As stated on the label, the brewery has a long history, having been founded in Kyoho. The Edo period (^_^;) is amazing. It was my wife's fourth birthday today. I really wanted to go out to eat, but the situation was such that we had a takeout party at a yakitori restaurant and drank at home. Thank you for your continued support. I had a cold glass of sake. Oh, dry? It's been a while since I've had a dry, crisp sake. Even though it's light and refreshing, you can still feel the taste of the rice right after you put it in your mouth. At the same time, there is a sense of alcohol, but the aftertaste is short, so it gives a refreshing impression. According to the brewery's website, it has a sake strength of +1. +Hmm? +1? It's not dry, is it? Once again, I realized that the accuracy of my tongue sensor is disappointing (tears). Well, everyone has their own way of feeling.
