Arriving at the station nearest to the Biwako Hotel where the event was held, I had some time to kill so I went to a ramen restaurant produced by Minoru Sano, who is known as the devil of ingredients in the ramen industry, to get some food for my stomach. According to the information from the liquor store, a liquor store that had Suzu Masamune in stock had given it to him for the event. He said that the sake was well preserved and had been aged for about 5 years.
