Chiyoroku given to me by a friend. It's my first time 🙌 It's a junmai daiginjo, but it's so refreshing and easy to drink 😆. It has a moderate sweetness and a slight bitterness with a nice sharpness. The alcohol content is 16%, but you don't feel it at all😅. It was a very light summer sake 😆.

This was also purchased at Oka Sake Shoten, the same place as Unjaku. The aroma is mild but unique. The rice used is Omachi from Okayama Prefecture. It has a dark mouthfeel and a bit of maturity, but as the days go by, it becomes more rounded and changes to a level where even those who are not good at it can go. However, even though it has become more rounded and easier to drink, the sweetness and strength of the Omachi can still be clearly seen, so there will be different tastes. For me, it's a very interesting sake! The first day I opened the bottle, I thought it might be too peculiar to pair with a meal. However, from the second day onwards, while maintaining its richness, it gradually becomes lighter and lighter, and is not bad as a food sake. If you roll it around in your mouth, it is a nicely aged sake, but if you drink it with gusto, you can drink it without worrying too much. Still, I want to enjoy the aged feeling of this kind of sake, so drinking it a little bit every day is good for me.

Almost no aroma 🤔In the mouth, it is fire-brewed but the sensation of freshness fills the mouth. It's a good combination of matured and fresh 😚😊Mellow and calm with a good umami and a crisp acidity 😋. I don't know if it is suitable for today's suddenly cooler weather, but it was delicious . Today, my wife and son bought some Hakuryu Nigori👍 at a nearby Aeon. Thanks for telling me that you saw Hakuryu nigori sake with a warning sign on it so you bought it for me ❣️ I've been drinking beer and shochu on the days we don't have sake at home, but it doesn't suit my constitution or something 😅I wake up at least 3 times during the night and rush to the bathroom 🤔❓I'm still not sure if it's the amount of sake I drink or the fact that it's alcoholic or not 🤔❓ Well then, open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is lactic acid with a hint of alcohol. The taste is also lactic acidic with a strong carbonation 👍It has 18% alcohol by volume so if I finish it, I will get very drunk 🤣. I'd recommend it more as a standalone drink than as a food drink 😆.

This one was given to me in return for sake I sent to my boss, and it's my first Fukuoka Prefecture sake! I didn't know what to choose when it came to Fukuoka sake, so I'm very grateful to be able to drink it in this form! It is a well-balanced and delicious sake. The most wonderful thing about this sake is that it is fire-aged, so it is hard to lose this flavor. It tastes great even after a few days. Although there is sweetness, it does not bother you too much because the main flavor is umami. What is this feeling of being able to drink without getting tired of it? It is not so much sourness, bitterness, or astringency, and it is strange that it is smooth but somehow deep and earthy. Actually, I forgot to post this post after drinking it, but I had this one for New Year's Day. This kind of aromatic and light sake was definitely a good match for Japanese dishes like Osechi. My first Fukuoka sake was a simple and good sake.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice: Gohyakumangoku 76% Yamada Nishiki 24%, polishing rate: 35%, alc.: 16% Sweet aroma of ripe bananas. Flavor is juicy and sweet. Sweetness is balanced with gentle acidity. Sake is elegant and clean, it almost feels like water from a spring. Finish is lingering in mounth for quite a while.

Hitogochi rice is used. I got the impression that the freshness and fruity sweet/umami taste was accented by a slight bitterness. I think I prefer the Misuzu Junmai Ginjo I drank before, which has a stronger sweet/fruity flavor. I think it gets sweeter and better after a longer time than when it is freshly opened.

[Buy direct from Chisa Aoki🤩] I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last. It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry 😆. I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite ✌️. It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year. The aroma is grape 🍇-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink😄. This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi ❗❗ I should have bought this in a bottle 😅.

I was deleting photos and found an unposted one. I'll register this brand because I don't drink much. I was attracted to this sake because it is "limited to restaurants". The third shot was Tatsuzumi, Sashiu-san's gift sake. It's so bitter, isn't it? Tatsusen!
