A 1-goupe bottle that I had gotten at Yamada-san, a sake dealer in Ikebukuro Seibu. I check the small refrigerator near the cash register, which is mainly small bottles, every time I go there. It is Kamerei Mannen from Hiroshima🐢. The classical texture gives it a ginjo-shu feel.

It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

In the mouth, there is a slight sourness like plain yogurt and a slight sweetness of rice. I was able to drink it quite refreshingly while chewing on the rice. I guess it's like a sweet sake with a lot of sake lees, but with much less sweetness. It was delicious ✨.

Saito Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in the city of Tokushima The classic storefront is intriguing. A brewery like this should have a bottle of Junmai I love the classic Showa-era label. The taste of Junmai rice is full but not cloying. fullness of Junmai rice, but not cloying. Just the right amount of saltiness. The sake went down smoothly at room temperature. It was gone before I knew it. It is a Junmai that is unadorned and goes along with your daily life, But it is a junmai that we are obsessed with.

My colleague brought it to me 🎵 It was my first time to drink this sake 🍶 It has a delicious white wine-like flavor and a rounded sake taste ❗The lingering taste is not sweet but has a bitter flavor like chocolate 😉 It was an interesting and delicious sake 😉. It may be a bit on the refreshing side, but it doesn't make you think it's super dry, it's a good sake for those who are looking for a dry sake 😃.

Two years ago 🚗 I visited Minami Haga, a roadside station near a sake brewery, and checked in 😅I bought a mini bottle of Banshu Ichiken and a bottle of Old Pine Sake Brewery's Sansho as a souvenir. Sanyo Bai Sake Brewery and Old Pine Sake Brewery are almost across the street from each other, about a minute walk away, so I recommend you visit both of them 😊. The Sansho is a regional brand 😃👆👆 Like the Banshu Ikken, the Sansho Junmai Ginjo is also made with Hyogo Yume Nishiki sake rice. Maybe it would have been better to warm it up 🧐. Souvenirs from a trip to see the autumn leaves at Momijiyama in Yamazaki, Shiso City. Currently, there are two remaining sake breweries in the city, Sanyo Sake Brewery and Old Pine Brewery, but until 40 years ago, there was another brewery, Honke Monzenya, which brewed and sold a type of sake called sansho (three laughs). The building of the Honke Monzenya still remains, but in order to make the most of the historical landscape where sake breweries line up from Sanyo Bai to Laematsu and Honke Monzenya, The Yamazaki Central City Area Revitalization Committee (Good Town Project) was formed, and over a period of two years, "Sansho" was revived! There is a café called "Sansho" on the former site. Let's start with the old pine tree.

I bought this bottle at Belk's on my way to work because my body was in need of a drink. I got the impression that it is not a traditional sake, but a modern, clean or refreshing drink. And the specs are Rice used: Domestic rice (both rice and rice malt) Polishing ratio = 50%. Sake meter = around 2.0 Acidity = around 1.4 Amino acidity = around 1.1 (From the brewery's website) If you are going to drink a cup of sake, you want it to have this level of quality. This is a bottle from a long-established brewery in Handa, Aichi, which has been in existence since the Edo period.

It was the month before last, but I finally landed in Kyushu for the first time. I drank "Tenshin Tokujun" at an izakaya I went to alone as soon as I arrived, and it was delicious. ‼️ I met up with my friends from Hokkaido a few hours later and had another drink! Kyushu Kiku! The label makes you feel like you're in Kyushu 😊It's a little classical, light and spicy, and it makes you want to eat more 😋The "Nuka-daki", which is fish cooked with rice bran, is also good 👍. I liked the Gundam Base that opened at New Chitose Airport before landing in Kyushu.

This is the recovery sake from the Furuya Sake Brewery, after they were devastated by a fire. They made 2,000 bottles with "Hitogokochi" rice they were just able to get from the local area. For me, it wasn't about the taste; I drank it as a local showing my support. ( It was delicious, of course!)
