When I drank it, I found it to be a strong style of traditional sake 😚 with a good balance of flavor, sweetness, and bitterness, and it was thick 🥰It was like an all-purpose sake 🤤.

Purchased at Yokohama Takashimaya Rice used is Kame-no-o type Koshihikari produced in Kasama City The alcohol is a little strong, but the taste is smooth and not like an unfiltered draft. It has a good balance of sweetness and bitterness and is refreshingly clean❣️. There aren't many unfiltered sake that are good all-around food sake, but this one seems to go well with all kinds of food❣️.

Junmai Daiginjo from Sudohonke, the first company in Japan to produce a pure sake. It is mellow and has a light flavor, but the aftertaste is crisp and dry for a junmai daiginjo. I am not sure about this (laugh), but I have the impression that it will not give you a bad impression of drunkenness.

I'd like to drink some sake. Here you go. You can get the first 180 ml for 540 yen. Sake with a firm and thick flavor. It is just right for a little drink. It may seem expensive, but it's just right for me, as I think it's a bit expensive to buy a whole bottle. (I tend to drink too much.) It is 17 degrees Celsius, so be careful. A bottle is fine, but it is perfect for those who don't want to drink too much and just want to drink a little. I recommend drinking it completely cold.

This is the fifth brewery in Saku's sake brewery series. This is a rare bottle as it has recently met with a fire and is closed. We happened to find it at a one-day spa and secured it. It has a strong bitterness and acidity, with a tangy mouthfeel. It also has a sweetness, so it is not harsh. It is the best sake from Saku so far. It's a shame that we won't be able to taste it for a while. I hope they will do their best to bring it back.

It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.
