The sweetness is just a hint and goes well with eel. I was curious about the sake brewery that has the same name as Okinawa "Reimei", but I see they are related. It is interesting to see how many things are connected in this industry.

I got this on a trip to Nagasaki last year. I will have it while thinking back to the delicious Turkish rice and Sara Udon noodles 🤤. When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is sweet and fluffy, like pudding or custard. The aroma is gentle and soothing. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky, but as the aroma suggests, it has a pudding-like flavor and a moist sweetness that fills the mouth 🍮. On the other hand, it also has a slightly tangy and pungent acidity that gives it a lightness, so it has a good balance of depth of flavor and a sharpness that goes down your throat👍. In the latter half of the bottle, the astringent taste also comes out, so the flavor can be felt as caramelized. There are also the standard "Yokoyama Goju" and "Rokujyosu", and I remember that I had a lot of trouble finding a variety at the Nagasaki airport. I also drank Nagasaki sake several times, and it seems to me that the level of sake is as high as that of shochu 😌.

It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

Purchased at Mikiya, a direct sales store near Umeichirin Sake Brewery. They sell Ume-Ichirin sake, sake cups, and other goods, but they also sell boxed lunches and other items, just like a convenience store. I bought this one, which had a pop-up sign saying it was the most popular. I found out about this place at a bar in Matsumoto the other day, and since it is a sake brewery in Kujukuri, I went there since it was the GW season and Kangiku was close by. Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ③. Ichinomiya Sake Brewery of Iwami Ginzan and Rika. I had bought Yukika at Hanshin Department Store in Amagasaki in the past. I found out that it was Mr. Rika, the toji (master brewer), who was standing in the store at that time😅. I tasted the following Iwami Ginzan Special Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi Rika Junmai Ginjo Kaihatanryu Ichitunya TANE Nama-zake Yukika Sparkling None of them left much of an impression on me, but I thought the Yukika was as tasty as ever. It was sweet and strong, like a strong calpis soda. I would like to try it again because Sugidama-san in Kyoto sells Iwami Ginzan.

硬く甘口お酒。だがアルコール度数19もあり、冷やで口にすると甘味とアルコールの切れが、衝突し複雑な味わいになるのがある意味面白い。とは言うもの、冷やと燗は向いておらず思いっきり冷やすのが良い。ロックで飲む事がオススメ。もともと濃く深い味わいなので、氷の3欠片程度で全く薄くならなずスムースに。あの衝突が仲良し旨口に変化しとても美味しい。
