This is the 38th sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture. This is one of the main brands of the Sugihara Sake Brewery in Ono-cho, Ibi-gun, which is famous for being the smallest sake brewery in Japan. It is sold at Tomikuya, the brewery's direct sales store, along with sakekasu (sake lees). It is also sold at a nearby roadside station in Ono-cho. The aroma is strawberry-like. It is filtered, but not excessively, so there is some lees floating on the surface. The palate has a weak acidity and the sweetness of the rice comes out well. It is a delicious sake with a long lingering aftertaste. Sugihara Shuzo is famous for its sake, but the brewery does not sell it, and there are only two stores in Gifu Prefecture that carry it, both by lottery, so getting it is a matter of luck. I would like to try it sometime.

First time drinking at the Japanese Sake Festival Osaka Series (1) Last Saturday and Sunday, I participated in our family's annual Japanese Sake Festival 😀. In the summer, I participated as a volunteer staff for both days, but Kaorin, who participated as a guest on Sunday, complained that it was no fun unless we drank together, so this time I participated as a volunteer staff only on Saturday and as a guest with Kaorin on Sunday 🤣. I took Kaorin to greet the brewers at the booths of Gobashi, Taido, Akita Meizou, Mie-no-Kanmei, and others that I have known for a long time, and then we started tasting 😇. Even the volunteer staff could do a few tastings, but on Saturday I was in charge of following up with volunteers who were helping multiple breweries, so I could only taste and sample the sake from my brewery so that I could explain the flavors 🤣. Since there were no restrictions on this day, I mainly picked up sake that I hadn't tasted yet🤣. First of all, Adachi Nozou brewery who has been making craft sake in Takatsuki city complex for a while now 😀. This is their first time participating in the Japanese Sake Festival 😀. All the sakes were interesting and full of ideas that are typical of craft sake 😀. I found this lychee especially good at reproducing the taste of lychee😇. I decided to buy a coke to create a buzz... small bottle 😅.

I met this one at a sake event at Osaka Takashimaya ✨Craft sake brewed in a room of a housing complex in Takatsuki city 🍶It's interesting in itself, but Adachi's positive attitude made me want to support him as much as I could 👀how good is this lychee juice-added sake? Overall 9 (out of 10) I had my first Shimane sake 🍶😃. I got it from Pekho-san. According to the description of the sake shop It's a "fruity and full of flavor" sake! Delicious 😋. I went to Tabe Takeshita Sake Brewery and Sake Brewery Museum 😆. But all the sake was sold out there 😭 So I went to a liquor store that sells this sake and bought Rihachi👍. I wanted to drink it and I couldn't bear to end up not being able to buy it 😣. But I'm glad I was able to buy it safely 😌. I've had this drink before and I know it's good, so I feel safe drinking it 😌. I wasn't sure whether to buy Rihachi's white label or black label, but this time I went with this one ✨. I bought it last year as a souvenir from Utsunomiya. It's been a while since I've had "out of the gate", but my taste buds have changed since the last time I had it, so I'm looking forward to it! When you open the bottle and pour it, it smells like citrus fruits and lychee. It is tasteless on the palate, but gradually the richness and mellowness of the rice comes out. The sweetness, spiciness, and astringency of the flavor are all present as soon as the lid is opened! Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has such a robust flavor that it may be served warm. The overtone is similar to that of "Shinkame" and gives the impression of a matured sake. The lingering aftertaste is well rounded as it quickly fades away. Overall, the shades of gray are exquisite, and the taste is quite interesting! In fact, the first sake I ever drank in my life was "Monkai Fude. I was actually the first person in my life to drink sake, and that drink at Kinugawa Onsen has led me to the present day.

However, it has a gentle sweetness, and it was just plain delicious. It also had a mushroom-like flavor, though it was only vaguely. Bitter and astringent tastes are close to that. It's a sweet sake, juicy, but clear and elegant on the palate. It was well balanced and certainly seemed to go well with mushroom dishes.
