Clouds in the mountains. I enjoyed the first Za'aa Za'aa so much that I bought this one as well. I think it has a stronger sweetness than Za'aa'aa. It is Gin-no-Yume, a sake rice I have never heard of before. It is juicy and tasty, but I think the sweetness might be too strong right after opening the bottle. I think it tastes better the second time around, with less sweetness? I'm drunk, so I'm not sure. Maybe I feel differently depending on when I drink it.

Long time no clouds in the mountains series. The last one left is Junmai Daiginjo Zaaaaaaaah ‼️ The moment you take the lid off, the fresh and calm ginjo aroma wafts in softly ✨ Not too flashy, but a quiet rise that reminds me of something nostalgic, and my expectations are high 🥂. I was surprised by the graceful sharpness that passes down my throat: ‼️ The soft umami of the rice spreads quickly, and in the second half, a pleasant acidity tightens everything up. There is absolutely no cloying taste, and it is as clear as if it were poured directly from a clear mountain stream. I paired it with some bonito strips I bought at the local supermarket, and the acidity of the ponzu and the dry aftertaste of this sake were a perfect match ✨ It was the kind of drink that makes you feel like your daily fatigue is quickly fading away 😋.

I finally found Miyoshigiku 🍶, a sake that goes well with the specialty of Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture. The rice is Omachi, my favorite sake rice 😍a sake that goes well with venison, but...I can't get venison! The aroma is sweet and fruity like cider...and the mouthfeel, despite the aroma, is robust! The rice polishing ratio is 60%...so it's like a junmai sake...it's a food sake that goes well with meat dishes! I think it's possible!
