I enjoyed the difference between the circular, hokuhokku taste and the feel of the cooled glass. I bought the bottle just for the cat's cuteness, but it had a rich umami taste that is typical of junmai sake. I heard it also helps cats, so it kills two birds with one stone. Next time, I'll have to buy a canine as well.

Sake from a brewery famous for Ryujinmaru. It has been a very long time since Kirakuri. After Shikishima, tkmts-san was drinking Ryujinmaru, and I wanted to try something of Takagaki-san's sake, so I chose Kirakuri. This time it was an unfiltered raw Nakadori. It has a caramelized taste with sweetness and a sense of maturity. It's just a coincidence that there is a succession of sakes with a sense of maturity, such as Washin, Shikishima, and Kirakuri.

This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Nihonbare and Yamadanishiki. The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite. Slightly sweet and bitter. I wonder if it is better to drink it while it has gas? Once the gas is gone, the bitterness will make it hard to drink 🤔. I wonder if it would be sweeter to drink the alcohol by itself?

OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023 It is a very crisp, dry, deep-flavored Ajiginjo. The aroma is subtle. The mellowness is more apparent in junmai sake. This is also a good sake. I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. The label is a sheep kept at the brewery. It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. It might be good if it is laid down. There are graininess and nutty nuances. I guess it's normal for a good price. Rice used is something from Mie Prefecture Aged for 4 years, pale amber in color. Smoky and graininess with the color as it is. The sweetness is elegant, and the spiciness in the aftertaste has an impact on the throat and nose. It is a little peculiar, but I personally like it! Tonight, I'm posting my second bottle, this one I've been letting go for about 2 years to contrast with the first (Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Nama) 🍶. Actually, I bought it at the same time as the previous Junmai, but when I drank the Junmai, I took it for granted that this was a sake that should be aged for a long time 😪💤 and it has been in the bottle for a long time until now 😌. The aroma is grain-like, or Western liquor-like, or mature aroma, and the smell alone is enough to make you feel drunk. 😵💫 I think it's better to drink it at room temperature or warmed than chilled because the initial smell will disappear. Maybe I'll give it a try after tomorrow. It's good to enjoy long-aged sake sometimes. ☺️
