It tastes sweet but like regular honjozo. A zingy sweetness. I thought this is a heated sake. Not the type of sake to drink cold 🤔. It's a pain to heat it up, so maybe I'll drink it at room temperature again. I'm not sure if it's actually heated once, but I'm not sure. I wonder if it's hard to drink it at room temperature because it has a strong sweetness, but it has a strong alcoholic taste. It's just a coincidence, but I've been drinking only Kikusui 🙄. I'm waiting for another bottle (can?). I'm waiting for Kikusui😅

I bought a revenge purchase because the one I had in the past was hiney hiney. It doesn't say, but it seems it's raw sake. It is fruity with caproic acid. It has sweetness, but is it quite spicy? Fukuju is usually thought of as a light sake, but this is an unusually rich sake. The aroma and the quality of the sake seems to deteriorate easily. I feel it is. I think it's sweeter than most Fukuju, but I'd like a little more sweetness. I don't like it even if it's not aged. Senzuke might be the only Nada sake I trust 🤔.

It is a limited edition of "Maya". This is the first time I've seen Kamotsuru's fresh sake on sale. I don't feel any gassiness, but there is a small amount of bubbles in the glass. The initial aroma is a little grain-like. It has a freshness, but with a lot of umami and a lot of gusto. A little caramel-like sweetness. When the temperature rises, you can taste a cookie-like flavor.

Purchased at Ma-ya. It has a dry atmosphere with a nice sweetness and a chili gas feeling. It also has a slight minerality. Kabishin is delicious no matter what you drink. It is juicy, sweet and delicious when drunk again. If you are going to buy a bottle of raw sake at Maya, I think you can't go wrong with Kabishin. You have to check the date though 🤣.

I found a sake I had never seen before in the draft sake section of Yamaya, so I bought it. The initial aroma was candy-like. It is sweet but has a strong nutty or graininess. It is a heavy sake with a strong umami flavor. It is a complex type of sake with good acidity. I have the impression that it has a habitual flavor while drinking. Rice flavor or miscellaneous flavor? Something about the taste is bothersome.

Sake filled only with Domuro-roasted rice. Slightly effervescent. It has a rich sweetness, but the alcohol taste is a little strong at the end.... The official online store of Endo Sake Brewery is formatted like a mail order site for health foods and supplements 🤣. Maybe it tastes better at higher temperatures? Nutty and caramel type sweetness comes out.

I bought it at Oyama because I was informed by a source that it was delicious. I'm not sure what that means 🤣. Sake made with Okayama peach colored yeast. It doesn't say, but I think the rice is Akebono. Sake with freshness and firm sweetness. The impression is that there is depth to the sweetness. It has a sweet and bitter taste. I don't know if it is peachy or not 🙄. It is readily available at Yamaya, and the price is quite reasonable and cosy.

The aroma has a slightly aged feel. When you drink it, it has a full-bodied, beautifully sweet flavor. This is so good. The fruity and freshness of the new sake is that of new rice, but the sweetness of the matured sake is more robust. The aroma is more matured, but the taste is really good. The only thing left is the smokiness. The third one, I want to recommend again 🤣.

Asano Sake Shop was holding a one-day-only Echigo Tsurukame fair, and they had wine yeast nigori on the lineup❗But I gave up on buying it because I didn't have a chance to go there. I can't underestimate Yamaya😅. It's a sweet and sour sake with strong acidity. It's quite light, low alcohol and easy to drink. It also has a unique nuance common to wine yeast sake. The description says "nigori" (cloudy), but it is more like "orikara" (cloudy) or "nigori" (lightly cloudy). The rice used is Yamadanishiki, Gohyakumangoku, and Koshibuki. According to the SNS of Asano Sake Brewery, it is unfiltered.

I bought it at one of the five local Yamaya's that have a large selection of nama-shu and a relatively good turnover of products. If you are not good at it, you can find a place that has a bottle that is more than a year old. It was a little expensive, but I bought it. It's been a while since I've had Rikyubai. I've probably bought all of the Daimon Shuzo sake I've had in the past at Yamaya. It is refreshing, light, and gorgeous. Slightly sweet. I would like a little more umami. I know they add water, but it's not enough. I couldn't understand the lychee-like flavor. I didn't find it at Yamaya, but I might have preferred the unfiltered raw sake or the light nigori that they have at department stores or Asano Sake Shop.

Junmai sake is not labeled as junmai sake because carbon dioxide gas is added. Low alcohol sparkling. I bought it by the packet at Yamaya. It is sweet and sour and has a low alcohol content, so you can drink it easily.

It only says Junmai, but many places I've searched refer to it as Junmai Ginjo. It's schwashy and melon🍈. It tastes sweet but dry. It's not as sweet as winter nigori, but it's more effervescent and easy to drink. Be careful, though, as it is very high in alcohol content. Lately, when it tastes like melon, I think it tastes like Kirizukuba. The back side is cute 🧸.

🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑 I just got the dreaming sheep you were talking about on Sake Wa, and now I got it! It has a thick nigori like makgeolli. It's like drinking a lactobacillus drink. If you like sweet nigori, I think it's one of the best sake you can buy at mass retailers. 🐏🐏🐏🐏🐏🐏🐏 I'm just speculating here, but I think the contents are the same as the one-cup Ozeki Junmai Nigori I bought at Lawson Store 100 about 3 years ago. It has the same rice polishing ratio too. I think they changed the label and re-released it without the old man smell. I'm sure there are people who would never buy it if it was One Cup Ozeki.

Yoshinogawa is a major company, but it's my first time. It's a label of Niigata Sake no Jin. I heard that it couldn't be held, so it went to Yamaya. It is said to be a one-time fireproofing. The aroma is gorgeous, and it's a type that's worth drinking. I wonder if it would have been fresher if it was new sake. The taste is quite thick and spicy. I bought another bottle of Yoshinogawa sake, so I'll introduce it later.

I also bought this at Yamaya. The aroma is like a pineapple. It has a mild sweetness and a juicy flavor. This is one of my personal favorites from DHC Sake Brewery. It's been a while since I drank their sake, but it's still delicious. There is a big change in the taste after opening. The pungent taste became more prominent. The pineapple aroma also disappeared. The gradation of the bottle is beautiful.

I found it at Yamaya. The rice is comet. It has almost no aroma. The impression on the palate is watery and smooth. There are no ups and downs and the taste is flat. It is a refreshing dry type. It seems to go well with sushi. It has about 1 sweetness and 9 spiciness. When the temperature rises, the sweetness comes out, but the nutty taste comes out. If it's mainly sweet, it's fine, but this is not my favorite type. The impression of sweetness and spiciness may change depending on the order of drinking. When I drink it again, I feel the sweetness more than the first time, but the spiciness is the main taste. It has an atmosphere similar to Katanozakura and Sougen.
