It is a limited edition of "Maya". This is the first time I've seen Kamotsuru's fresh sake on sale.
I don't feel any gassiness, but there is a small amount of bubbles in the glass.
The initial aroma is a little grain-like.
It has a freshness, but with a lot of umami and a lot of gusto. A little caramel-like sweetness.
When the temperature rises, you can taste a cookie-like flavor.
