I found a sake I had never seen before in the draft sake section of Yamaya, so I bought it.
The initial aroma was candy-like.
It is sweet but has a strong nutty or graininess. It is a heavy sake with a strong umami flavor. It is a complex type of sake with good acidity.
I have the impression that it has a habitual flavor while drinking.
Rice flavor or miscellaneous flavor? Something about the taste is bothersome.
