Freshness and dense, rich flavor. It also has a banana-like sweetness and acidity. The retro label and the image of the brand made me pass it up until now, but it seems to be easy to use and can be drunk from cold sake to warmed sake.

The local sake shop I frequent doesn't carry Kikuhime, so I bought the last bottle at my local Yamaya.

It's a little expensive, partly because it's made with Yamada Nishiki from the special A district of Yoshikawa.

I found it at Yamaya and bought it because it looked rare. It is a little bit old, but fruity, sour and sweet. It is good to drink it with a glass of wine. I heard that there is a fresh version of this wine, so I would like to try it.

It was my first time to try KAGATOBI. Fukumitsuya-san is a big brewery of a major class, isn't it? It doesn't say so, but the rice is Gohyakumangoku and it looks like Fukunohana. It's not too spicy for a +6 sake, but it's very rich and drinkable. It is also quite sweet. The sweeter it gets, the closer it gets to room temperature.

I bought this one at a national chain liquor store along with Ume-no-Yado. It has a faintly fruity aroma. It has a thick texture in the mouth. Is it relatively sweet?

When we say Ume-no-Yado, we have a strong image of plum wine and yuzu wine. That's not to say that it's my first time to taste it, but it's my first time. It's not a fruity type sake, but it's relatively sweet. It is a little heavy and solid. It has a slight sense of maturity, but is it aged? It's a national chain liquor store.

同じラベルで山田錦、山田穂、雄町があったけど神力をチョイス。最初少しの酸味から力強さと甘旨味。飲み込んだ後も余韻が続く。香りは僅かに熟成感。冷やして飲んでと書いてるけど常温か燗のほうが良さそうな気がする。

賀茂鶴は普段買うことないけど甘口と聞いたので買ってみました。香りは穏やかだけど口当たりはフルーティーでやや甘め。美味しいけど少し値段高めだね

I bought it at Sake-no-Yamaya. I was not sure if it was the wine yeast of Hananomai or this one, but there was only one bottle left. It's clean and fruity. Slightly sweet. It's a jacket buy, but compared to the label, the sake lacks impact.
