I bought it at Oyama because I was informed by a source that it was delicious. I'm not sure what that means 🤣.
Sake made with Okayama peach colored yeast.
It doesn't say, but I think the rice is Akebono.
Sake with freshness and firm sweetness. The impression is that there is depth to the sweetness. It has a sweet and bitter taste.
I don't know if it is peachy or not 🙄.
It is readily available at Yamaya, and the price is quite reasonable and cosy.

Good evening, Ponchan.
I think I'm going to make it a regular thing to include a certain plot of information at the beginning 🤔I'll have to do a tour of the "Maya" since the list of things I want is only going to increase 🤣.

MAJ, good evening 🌠.
I see you have had the Winter Moon 😊.
I do have the impression that the winter moon has a strong 🍑 feel to it 😁.
This one tastes good but may be less 🍑-like 🤔.
