I bought a revenge purchase because the one I had in the past was hiney hiney.
It doesn't say, but it seems it's raw sake.
It is fruity with caproic acid. It has sweetness, but is it quite spicy? Fukuju is usually thought of as a light sake, but this is an unusually rich sake.
The aroma and the quality of the sake seems to deteriorate easily. I feel it is.
I think it's sweeter than most Fukuju, but I'd like a little more sweetness.
I don't like it even if it's not aged.
Senzuke might be the only Nada sake I trust 🤔.
