Yoshinogawa is a major company, but it's my first time.
It's a label of Niigata Sake no Jin. I heard that it couldn't be held, so it went to Yamaya. It is said to be a one-time fireproofing. The aroma is gorgeous, and it's a type that's worth drinking. I wonder if it would have been fresher if it was new sake. The taste is quite thick and spicy.
I bought another bottle of Yoshinogawa sake, so I'll introduce it later.
