Spring Sake & Nigorinpic0️⃣ 6️⃣ I landed in Kochi today for this Spring Sake & Nigori drinking competition plus to fill in the holes for the second round in Japan 😀. I chose the Spring Sake by Drunken Whale 😀. Actually, this is my first time to visit Drunken Whale 😇. I chose Shibotan for the first round 🤣. I was kind of avoiding drunken whale because I thought it would be too dry, but this light nigori sake was very tasty😇. It is a little dry, but the taste opens up in your mouth and then it cuts through nicely 😀. For my family, it was the best accompaniment as a food sake 😀. Don't be too prejudiced by the name 🤣.

Good evening, Yasube! My first round in Kochi prefecture was Shibotan too 😁. I often see drunken whales, but I didn't go through with it! I thought it was too dry for me too. I was afraid it might be too dry. I saw your review 😋. I'll try to buy it next time as a food sake 😁.

Hi Ao 😀 I don't know about the others as this is my first time drinking Drunken Whale, but this light nigori probably matches the strength of Drunken Whale and the gorgeousness of spring sake, so I felt it was an easy drinking food sake😇. Maybe I'll try the others 🤣.

Leaving Hankyu, we went to Hanshin Department Store. Ryuryoku brought a bottle of Shinryu Nishiki sake, so I tasted it. It was moderately sweet and tasty. I would like to buy some and drink it if the timing is right. I've already posted about it in the past, so I won't go into it here, but I also drank some of Shinryu-nishu. I should have drank it since they brought a variety of sake including rice whispering and cherry blossom sparkling 😅.

Kaga-no-i? I've never seen this brand before. I'm just mumbling... "Sooooooo... Somehow, the warehouse owner got lined up next to me ...... Hehe! Hehe! It's sake rice called Takane-nishiki! Hehehe. It's the paternal cousin of Miyamanishiki! Hehehehehehehehe. It's a rare sake! Sorry, brewer! Oh~ooooo! That's him. You have just recognized me as a connoisseur of sake, and you have tried to tickle my appetite with a series of difficult words and phrases such as "Takane" and "Miyama" that ordinary people would not be able to comprehend. All right, I'll go into the ministry. This sake brewer, who has the "perfect tongue" given to him by the gods, is going to slay this sake rice called Takane-nishiki! I'm going to smash it down! ......... Oh, no~ Mecha-uma~n❤ (standard development) First of all, the Alc feeling. This is almost imperceptible. From the light mouthfeel, there is cemedine in the back and blue apples on the front. Anyway, the 1st attack is so refreshing that you don't even notice the 17° Alc. Also, the refined and resilient acidity, which reminds one of the sake brewing process, is excellent. Jungin specs have often been a bit weak lately, but sake has a lot of depth, don't you think?

I was satisfied with the set that I could listen to nostalgic songs for the first time in a long time. I was satisfied with the set. After returning home, I opened a bottle of Shisora. It is nice to drink after a concert. It was raining unfortunately and my body was cold, so I wanted to drink sake. I was on the front lines of the show, so the army label was perfect for me. The second day, it was more rounded, but the lingering sharpness on the palate was delicious.

The second round of three prefectures on the east-northeast coast 😀. What a surprise, here comes the Purple Space again 😀! The first time we drank Shihuyu, my wife liked it and wanted to compare different kinds of it, so we went to Hanshin and this Strawberry was there 😀. So we went to Hanshin and they had this Strawberry one on hand 😀 We opened a bottle to compare while we still had the previous Star Label. The only difference between the two is the rice used for the sake, the yeast is the same, and the rice polishing and other specs are almost the same... I wonder if our two stupid tongues can tell the difference when we compare them ❓🤣. The aroma is in the same family, but the strawberry one that we just opened has a more fruity aroma😇. In the mouth, the initial atmosphere is very similar, but the sharpness is completely different 🤣. The star one has a clean cut, but the strawberry one has a not-too-dark sweetness that spreads out😇. Both are delicious, but I preferred the lingering taste of the Strawberry 😀.

Several people tasted this alcohol before the offline meeting. I tasted and bought one myself before the offline meeting. It is an unfiltered raw sake, according to the social networking site of the liquor store. It has a sweet and sour taste and is easy to drink. I thought it would be more peculiar, so I was surprised. It tastes like a rare cheese cake, just like one of the liquor stores said on their social networking sites. The level of perversity is considered low 🤔. When I matched it with mango cheese from Mystery Cheese Shop, the sweetness disappeared and it smelled like alcohol 🤣. Raifuku seemed to be a better match😇

Good night, sir 🍺. This is a sake that a certain person in Kansai said was in the Hall of Fame. I bought it because I had a good impression of it at Asano Sake Shop KYOTO. It has a complex taste at first, but soon after, it has a moderate acidity and a beautiful, deep, gentle sweetness and umami. Yes, this gentleness is the knee of Kyoko Yoshine 😏. I thought so when I drank it again, and the other day I went to a karaoke bar! and I went to see a movie and Kyoko Yoshine was in it, but I realized it again. Riho Yoshioka is a step back, and if I dare to name another name, it would be Fumino Kimura, who is getting more attractive every year. I'm not good at sake making, but Daishichi is exceptional. It has a creamy feel that is common to Daishichi. A little bit of alcohydrate at the end, but it goes away quickly. I thought it was a nama-shu, but it seems to be hi-ire. Currently Obama Brewery. I asked for a recommendation at a tasting and sale, and this is what I got. It is fruity and sweet. It's here again this year, and it's that time of year again: ...... Yes, as you know, I'm an ardent salmon orchid fan! I hate hiyaoroshi. I've been checking out the autumn sakes lined up for tasting this year, and I have to say that ...... they are delicious! I'm not sure if it's the same as the old days, but it's not as rounded as I'd like, and some of the sake is rather sharp and modern. It's just that ...... something is missing. It's not the scrum-like honeymoon feeling of wasabi on the side of sashimi, or the Tommy and Pine (pfft) feeling. ...... Yes, it's the extra sashimi you buy at the supermarket. Tsuma or chrysanthemum artificial flowers." I said, "I'm here, but I'm not here...... oops💦Toyokuni Toyokuni💦. The sake has a strong, rich, Yamadanishiki-like quality, with a nice sweet acidity and a starchy holder. It's just too powerful to be drunk on its own. It's not so much a washing down sake as a washing away sake, and I can only think of spicy ethnic food to pair it with. Well, it's okay if it's not there or not there, but without it, it's somewhat dreary and lonely, and when you grow up and eat it with a dash of soy sauce, it tastes good, in other words, it's like that.

On the last day of the Silver Week, I stopped by the Hanshin Department Store and asked if I could sample some fresh sake. I was surprised to see a bottle of sake. 3,800 yen? I said, "I'm not buying it. After thinking for a while, he said, "You don't have to buy it. He said, "You don't have to buy it. Junmai Daiginjo with 39% rice polishing ratio. It is indeed delicious but 🤔. I was looking for something more reasonable and found Junmai Daiginjo Hiyayogoshi. I tasted it and had a good impression of it, so I bought it because it was the last one. The person in charge of the bottle was very appealing to me as I am a brewer 🤣. I wonder if he said it twice because it was very important 🤣. I could tell from the atmosphere that he wasn't from a department store 💦. Fruity and gorgeous aroma. The taste is bitter from sweetness. The price, in the low 1000s, is also very reasonable. I heard that they raised the price of other products across the board, but this one is loved by locals, so they decided to keep it the same. I think they said there is no profit... It has a little bit similar atmosphere to BEIGE at Kokuiki. It sometimes tastes like it's worth the price depending on the temperature or the timing of drinking.

I went to Hanshin Department Store before the meeting with Men-chan in Osaka. Hakubanishiki was there tasting and selling their wines, so I tasted Miyamanishiki and bought this one. I had put it off for a long time because I could buy it at Haretoke 😅. It has a slightly darker, sweeter flavor from the chiri-chiri-ness. The acidity in the latter half is beautiful and pleasant. It tastes like plums. It tastes better than the impression I had when I tasted it. When the gas is released, the nuttiness becomes more assertive. The layout and typeface on the back label looks similar to Tenka and Purple Space, are they in the same family?

Good evening Mr. Choroki😃. Hitogokochi looks good too 😆I only brought Miyamanishiki and Yamaneishiki 😅. I'm sure Nemuchi-San will be able to help you out with questions about that. I'm sure Nemuji would be happy to answer any questions you might have 🤣.

It's not Soujitchantan 😙. According to the explanation of the department store staff, the rice is Sakonishiki. It has a unique and distinctive aroma like herbs. It has a fresh and crisp taste. Finishes with a tangy bitterness. I don't know if it is a summer sake or not, but it has a refreshing taste and is suitable for summer. I tasted and bought it on the same day as Kessen Sekigahara and Aoi Tenga, but Soumai was the only one that gave me the same impression when I tasted it and drank it at home 🤔. What a relief😅

Hello bouken, ☀️ I unintentionally laughed at the beginning 🤣. Tasting and drinking at home can be different 💦 the one I had the other day was more fruity than the tasting and I felt like I got more out of it 😆 but I still prefer the same one 😊.

The one made with Hidahomare is for the West, while Dewa Sanzan is for the East. Fruity and refreshing. It has a gentle sweetness. It is tasty, but it may make a weak impression if you drink it after a strong sake. It is a nama-zake, but I think it has a weak nama-zake-like taste. Is it watered down? Maybe I drank it in the order of Shinjo, Earth, Sekigahara 🤔. The order of drinking is important 🤗 When I drink it again, it has an atmosphere of light and dry, but the sweetness comes in at once in the latter half of the bottle. It's light but sweet and delicious when drunk by itself 😋.

After the decisive battle in Sekigahara, we were allowed to taste the nigorigo (a sweet sake). It was sweeter and tastier than Shirakawa-go, which I had drunk in the past. The sales clerk said it would be delicious as a sorbet. The only problem is that it has to be frozen 🤔. I've been looking at the website and they have a 300ml bottle so I'm wondering if this one will fit in there.
