ほにほにIt is a delicious sake with a ginjo-like taste on the palate but a clean and crisp finish! ねむちKochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip (5)
Local brands from the south that I was quite interested in.
Tama-no-i Special Junmai.
The first sip of this sake was delicious. The aroma gives it volume, it has a full, robust flavor, and although it is spicy, it feels gentle.
It was my favorite.
Ippo-san is the same age as the brewer of Minami Shuzo and they often go out for drinks 😁.
When Bouken-san mentioned that Ikari supermarket has a lot of Kochi sake, Kazuho-san told me that Minami Shuzo does not distribute to supermarkets, but the former president of Ikari supermarket gave the okay because of the personality of the person in charge of the sake at the supermarket. まるわGood evening, Nemuchi-san.
I didn't know there was a Tosa Sake event!
I wish I could have been there!
Well, Tamanoi is really good, isn't it?
Minami is good, but I prefer Tama-no-i because it seems to be more focused on flavor. ねむちGood morning, Maruwa 😃I was able to sample Tosa sake at one of the events that were held to introduce Kochi Prefecture's immigration and food 🍶I also preferred Tamanoi's more assertive flavor 😋It is a sake you want to drink slowly😊. boukenKochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip (5)
It doesn't sound like Tamanoi, but it is a brand for the local market in the south.
South is also a crazy salad hall brand 😆.
When I told him about the Minami brand at Ikari Supermarket, he said that they had a policy of not wholesaling to supermarkets, but they liked the buyer and made a deal with him. Well, Ikari supermarket has a lot of Kochi sake 🤔.
I think it tastes dry, but it has a good umami flavor and is easy to drink.
I thought it was great that Ippo-san was so knowledgeable about other sake breweries and their information. He explained most of the sake to us. mMaybe hiya would be better? It has the dryness of the honjozo, but it's a little disappointing. まるわI saw the first bonito, so I had some Kochi sake. I had saved it for heating sake, but before I knew it, Tamanoi (a brand for the southern part of the prefecture) had disappeared into the back of the refrigerator.
It's a very clear and crisp sake, with a hint of sweetness in the spiciness that makes it truly delicious.
When heated, it becomes fluffy and heavy,
When heated, it becomes fluffy and heavy, overflowing with the flavor of special honjozo.
It is a great sake to drink.
It is very good both cold and warmed,
I will definitely buy a bottle next time. KanoThank you for loving Kochi sake! I would choose "Kure Junmai Sake" to pair with bonito. If you haven't tried it, please do! まるわGood evening, Kano-san.
I drank Kurei the other day when I visited Kochi. It is delicious, isn't it? But I can't get it in Osaka where I live.
I envy those in Kochi. まるわMinami, one of my favorite brands of Kochi sake
The brewery that produces Minami's brand for the prefecture is Tamanoi.
I became a fan after taking a sip.
It is light, clean, and spicy, with a delicious rice flavor in the aftertaste.
It is an amazing sake that I have not had in a long time. It is a special honjozo that makes you drink it, and the taste is unbeatable. The strongest local sake.
Speaking of Setsubun, I like sardines best instead of ehomaki. Pour cold sake over grilled fish. The sharp spiciness is too good.
This sake would be absolutely delicious heated up. I'll be patient and leave it for today. てつやGood balance of sweetness, flavor and spiciness.

Dry but quite tasty. It goes well with meals and is well-balanced. 小野愛純3.9 ★★★☆☆☆
Compared to Jungin, I got the impression that it tasted more of amino acids. Both are delicious, but if I had to choose between the two, I would go for the Jungin. てつやDry, with a slight alcohol taste.
Easy to drink, refreshing sake.

Dare to buy a local brand at the brewery.
I knew it was from the "Minami" brewery❗️ and it's really a honjozo, so clean and mellow, with a hint of brewer's sake...I didn't know they had a version like this.
This is great as a food sake, but it is also delicious in a glass of wine. ‼️ RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
