Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip (1)
I went to Hanshin Department Store to sample all 18 breweries in Kochi!
As usual, I was accompanied by Nemuchi 😁.
The first brewery we visited was Fumimoto Shuzo.
Unlike other breweries, they had individual booths!
They are a brewery that has taken over the business.
The person who helped us was the head brewer, who lives in Kochi and Osaka😳.
The event itself seemed to focus on U-turns and I-turns, and there were talk shows with Mr. Banto and the brewers of Toyonoume and Aki Tora.
A liquor store in Kobe used to sell a brand called Hinode Momotaro, but it seems that the business was taken over and they no longer sell it.
All the sake was in pouch type 😳.

Shimanto HANAYAGI
Rice is Nikkomaru. It's strawberry sweet and delicious!
Kiri-no-Sato Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Nama-Nagori Sake
It was freshly opened, so it was juicy, sweet and juicy, and extremely delicious.
Shimanto Junmai Daiginjo Nama-genshu
The rice is also Nikkomaru. It was juicy, umami and delicious 😋.
Shimanto Kaoru
This sake uses CEL-24 yeast and rice called Towamai.
It is said that the price is lower because the rice is out of the top grade.
Purchased the most reasonable 300ml Kaoru.
