When I went to buy the knee for example, I tasted many things and bought this one too. 300ml😅 due to fridge issues.
Slightly effervescent and very shwashy. Silky and smooth. It has a creamy feel that is common to Daishichi. A little bit of alcohydrate at the end, but it goes away quickly. I thought it was a nama-shu, but it seems to be hi-ire. According to the official website, it is a freshly stored sake.
I also tasted the Yuki Shibori Nama Nama Sake, and it reminded me of Nanao's knee, who has the rough, angular feel of new sake and is a bit of a domineering character.

Good evening, Umaisan😃.
The regular non-nigori snow shibori that I tasted at the department store was exactly nanao with a twang and sharpness 🥸.
