Following Sogen, I support it by drinking it in a small way.
I bought it at Hanshin Department Store during the New Year holidays, but the shelf of Okunoto's Shirakiku was scanty and rath 1.
I thought it was the same as the one Pon-chan was drinking, but Pon-chan's was Hachitan-nishiki😅.
I opened a bottle of Sasasamune Aizan here because I felt it didn't go well with the meal I was having.
It has a mild aroma and gentle flavor. Overall, it's clean and refreshing. It is better to drink it with a meal than on its own.

Sake from Noto is in short supply even in my hometown, Ishikawa. Even the liquor stores I frequent are sold out of Noto sake. I hope Shirakiku in Okunoto will do its best to rebuild. I will support them by drinking it myself.

I went to a distributor to see if they had any Takeba left, but they were sold out of all Ishikawa sake except for Kikuhime. This store said they would add the price of Kikuhime to the regular price and sell it and use the added amount to donate to charity 😊.
