I was going to buy only Tochikane at Hanshin Department Store and go home, but the clerk at the department store pushed me hard and I decided to taste it here too😅.
She recommended me various kinds of Shihuyu, but I wasn't interested in buying much, so I just drank the sparkling one 🙄.
It looked better than I imagined, so I bought the sparkling one.
It took me a while to open the bottle because of the strong bubbles💦.
Moderate sweetness and rice flavor. It also has a dry atmosphere with a bit of bitterness.
It tastes sweeter and more to my liking when the temperature rises.
The sake we tasted was one that had been opened for a day, so it might be good to let it sit for a bit after opening.
I don't tell anyone that I thought it was purple air sparkling until I got home 🤫.

Good morning, bouken 😀
I've never had sparkling sake from either Shiju or Hiroki, so I'd really like to try them.
By the way, is the taste of the base similar between SHIHU and KOKI?

Good evening, Mr. Yasube 😃.
I imagine that the Purple Air is more modern and the Hiroki is a little dryer. I felt that.
This nigori has a sweet taste but not that sweet 🤔.

The fizziness will be weaker, but you may be able to taste more sweetness and acidity if you let it sit for a day rather than just opening it 😊.
