It doesn't sound like Tamanoi, but it is a brand for the local market in the south.
South is also a crazy salad hall brand 😆.
When I told him about the Minami brand at Ikari Supermarket, he said that they had a policy of not wholesaling to supermarkets, but they liked the buyer and made a deal with him. Well, Ikari supermarket has a lot of Kochi sake 🤔.
I think it tastes dry, but it has a good umami flavor and is easy to drink.
I thought it was great that Ippo-san was so knowledgeable about other sake breweries and their information. He explained most of the sake to us.
