Sake made with Yumachi rice.
It is sweet at the beginning but sharp and bitter in the latter half. It is easy to drink because it has less peculiar taste for a Bodai yeast sake. Not recommended for those who like sweet sake.
Feels a little spicier than when I tasted it 🤔.
I guess it's more of a spicy or alu feeling.
