Shinomine Ise-Nishiki Junmai Nakadori Unfiltered Nama-shu
This is the first sake made from Ise-Nishiki, Mie Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing!
The aroma is not only sweet but also crisp and dignified!
It has enough bitterness and sharpness to go well with strong flavored dishes🙆⭕️◎.
It also goes well with sweet and spicy seasoned fu miso butter 👌👌❗️.

Hey everyone in the Sakewa Muchaburi Club, we managed to complete our mission 👍!
I think we passed the test 😁.
Well, let's get started!
The unique sweet and sour taste is more delicious than ever today. ❣️
It wasn't sealed open, but the gassy feeling is still there, and every time it goes down my throat, it stimulates me with a pleasant shrieking sensation!
Every sip this time is really exceptional 😊.
I've been looking around for a store that carries it for the past month or so, but maybe because of the recovering demand for outside drinking, I've seen Colors but not No. 6 at all....
So we had no choice but to resort to drinking out.
We went to Sol River, a sake bar (❓ Izakaya) recommended by Gura-chan, to see if No.6 was available, made a reservation, and visited the place!
Finally, I was able to meet her... ❣️
By the way, the blue bottle B-type and the white bottle X-type were taken with the permission of the master from the empty bottles that used to decorate the bar 😁.
Unfortunately, I didn't drink them😅.
