This is also a sparkling version of Nirvana Kame🐢!

Shinmasa No.6 Fermen-type (Junmai Nama-nihonjacu, pure raw sake, made in wooden casks)
A very, very rare hanpukai sake!
According to the owner, it is called Genroku-zukuri (Genroku brewing?). (Genroku brewing?), a sake brewing method established in the Edo period (1603-1868).
I googled it and found that it is a method of aging that produces a low-alcohol but rich finish.
In fact, it was a beautiful sake with an unbelievably rich flavor despite its low alcohol content of 12 degrees 👍.

This sake was made to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the Takagi Brewery and is currently the third most expensive sake in the Jyushidai lineup and is extremely hard to find!
