It's supposed to be a summer sake, but it's 16.5 degrees alcohol by volume! Dangerous... Aroma of fresh Japanese pear Strong alcohol smell that stimulates the nostrils Sweet and delicious on the palate. But then the bitterness hits... I felt the taste of this sake was unexpected 😆.

Past drinking out continues 😆 Fourth drink at Sake Bar Sol River Hiran FIRAND Yumeishu (Namaishu) This sake sparked the "Hiran" boom! It is 9 degrees alcohol by volume and has a cloudy taste that is sure to be popular with the ladies! It has a mild and sour taste, and it goes down smoothly. I wonder if it is similar to a cidre. Whatever the case, it's delicious 👍

Past Drinking Outside Drinking Hashigo-Sake~. After leaving the corner liquor store, I walked for about 15 minutes to the second sake bar. Oh, it looks like they have some good stuff: ❗️ Shinmasa Ecru Spark Clear Namaishimo Kiyoke Junmai The acidity that comes in with a shwashiness is only Shinmasa. I think Ecru is more effervescent than Cosmos. But both are hanpukai sake, of course they are delicious 👍. And finally, the Zoro mark! Here's the 888 check-in: ‼️ But only in the past and when is it ever going to happen, that sounds like 800 and doesn't make me feel good 😅....
