A little sharp. No, it's a little stiff.

More so when the temperature rises. 🌙It's refreshing, but with a touch of sweetness from the rice. 🌙I'd like to see a juice that looks like wine. xavi11xavi11One last glass, even though I shouldn't have!

I have been curious about this sake bar in Fukuoka for a long time.
The third bottle was a crowdfunded sake from Hiran.
The owner is from Hirado, and according to him, this is the sake bar with the most close relationship with the Mori Sake Brewery in Japan. The sake brewer sometimes comes to the bar, and there was also a collaboration sake from Tobiran in the bar.
The aroma was very fresh.
Since it is made with No.6 yeast, which is the first of its kind in Japan, there is a hexagonal shape around the logo of "Hiran" on the label.
It has an elegant and unique sweetness reminiscent of No.6, but the aftertaste is very refreshing. The aftertaste is short.
Recommended for sake beginners. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
