After leaving the corner liquor store, I walked for about 15 minutes to the second sake bar.
Oh, it looks like they have some good stuff: ❗️
Shinmasa Ecru Spark Clear Namaishimo Kiyoke Junmai
The acidity that comes in with a shwashiness is only Shinmasa.
I think Ecru is more effervescent than Cosmos.
But both are hanpukai sake, of course they are delicious 👍.
And finally, the Zoro mark!
