Kashima Sake Brewery Tourism 2025 Souvenir from my wife who can't drink ✨️ Thank you 🙇‍♂️ Fresh and a little tangy. Sweet and sour and delicious, but a bit of a mineral richness... On the second day, the hardness is gone and it is fruity! It is sweet and sour and delicious! After another day, it tastes like an apple! I enjoyed it in various ways!

This is the first time I've had Kaijin's Nama Sake! It is not lightly cloudy and is very clear! You can taste the crisp mouthfeel and the freshness of the raw sake, while the full body, umami and sweetness of the rice, which is typical of Kaijin, are well 👍️ There is also a slight gassy feeling. Delicious!

Nabeshima with a fashionable label This is the second time after summer moon. Not as sweet and refreshing as I imagined. It just has a fresh, berry-like flavor. The bitterness at the end was also very nice.

All the wines were mellow and full of flavor, but each had its own distinct character and were delicious! My personal favorite was the middle one, Aging! The younger students also had their own tastes, which is great because sake has a wide range of tastes!

First sake from neighboring Oita Prefecture Stylish red and white checkered pattern (reminds me of the Croatian 🇭🇷 national soccer team). I bought it because I was in the mood for New Year's when I saw the label, but I couldn't resist and toasted it on the last day of work, which is also a special day! It's fresh and fruity with a hint of citrus. It's fresh and fruity with a hint of cassis. Sweet and sour and silky. Delicious!
