Kouei Kiku Tsukikage - Kumamoto Jinryoku 23.2 Manufactured by Kumamoto
Seems to have been matured in a warehouse
Sweet and sour, with a bit of a schwarziness.
The taste is quite juicy and thick, but the citrus bitterness in the aftertaste is clean and dry.
I've never had much sake brewing rice called "Jinriki" 🤔.
It's pretty tasty 😄
There are many kinds of Koeikiku.
I think it tastes like Koeikiku no matter which one you drink 😆.
The picture is of the Oita Prefecture Chojabaru Road Map and Ramune Hot Springs.
Ramune is 💦.
Yes, like dipped in soda.
The amount of bubbles that stick to your body is amazing!
However, the water temperature is low and it feels a little cold to enter in winter 🥶.
I recommend alternating with the hot brown water in the indoor bath 🤗.
