Today is Father's Day, my husband likes beer so I got him a beer and my daughter a grape rumune. Thank you for everything 🙇♀️. Light and easy to drink, this umami sake is different from fruity summer sake. After the umami taste, you can feel the summer sake character. Maybe a bit of a bad type for the first sip? But it is delicious when paired with food due to its robust umami. Sake is hard to consume when you drink it alone, and the leftovers accumulate in the fridge💦. We paired it with a bowl of tuna rice topped with fried cheese. 720ml ¥1,450

This sake is made by Nishi Shuzo, famous for its potato shochu "Tominohozan". They have only 300ml of Junmai. This refined sake has a banana aroma, gentle sweetness, and modest acidity. It has a strong full-bodied flavor and would go well with today's dinner of chicken and macaroni au gratin! The beer and shochu that I got at last month's sake-contested women's singles tennis tournament are finally gone, and I'm back to coloring the sake map. 300ml ¥600

I was going to buy it when I found it at the liquor store, since it was reviewed by Greissinger19 the other day. I asked about the two different colors of the bottles and found out that the blue bottle was a limited time only draft sake! I got it before it was gone 😁. I opened the bottle on Monday, the first day of work, because I had a rest day on Sunday, the day after the offline meeting. 😅😅 The refreshing aroma lured me in and I took a sip. The slight sweetness and soft lemony acidity match beautifully and are delicious 😋😋. I like the first day's fresh taste, but the taste after a few days is more like a white wine 😆👍. It was a "Bokushareemondesu" that never goes out of style after all ♪

I bought it because I happened to be able to reserve it during my last visit. This fresh Kuheiji can be enjoyed only once a year in a light nigori. It's a weekday, but open the bottle! The balance between the nigori's subtle sweetness and clear, sharp acidity is superb. Since today is Mimosa Day, we served it with mimosa salad, fried cod, and miso soup with Chinese cabbage. 100% Yamada Nishiki produced in Kurodasho Alcohol content 16%. 720ml 1,800 yen, tax not included

This is a new, unpasteurized sake from Yokoyama SILVER, my favorite Nagasaki sake. We were able to get it again this year following last year. The sake shop also had 1814, but after crabbing around for a while, I selected 7. 😄. I was thinking of taking a rest day today, but I'm going to look for the NEW MOON this weekend, so I need to empty the fridge. So I opened a bottle for my own reasons. 💦 The ginjo aroma is a sweet muscat type that tickles the back of the nose♪ I can imagine it's a favorite flavor of mine. 😆 . When you put it in your mouth, the sweet flavor spreads at once ️. No, really, it's still a stable taste 😋. It's so gentle and petite that you don't even feel the 16 degrees. The bitterness that does not destroy the sweet and savory taste leaves a lingering aftertaste. Yes, I can't stop drinking!!! 🤣 It's too good! I thought I was going to take a day off from drinking, but I couldn't bear the thought of finishing a four-pack. I've kept it for tomorrow's enjoyment 👍. It's hard to make a rest day when there are so many brands you want to drink when you look at Sake no Wa. 😅

Probably the first and last of the year, the Colors are the Akizakura♪ The colors have a high encounter rate in Shinsei, so I went through them and before I knew it, the season was almost over. 💦 I'm not sure what to make of this. Instead, I got my first #6, so I guess it's okay. 😆. It's been so long I forgot to taste it, but one sip and it came back to me like a running horse! (I'm not dying though) It has a light tingling sensation on the palate, followed by a refreshing, crisp apple? I can't get enough of that sweet deliciousness 😋. The sourness and gentle bitterness that is typical of Shinsei collaborates with this 😲. I'm sure I'll drink too much. I'm sure I'll drink too much 🤣. I'm sure I'll be able to find more Shinsei next year, so I'm going to keep visiting liquor stores 👍.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who buys Tenpui without even looking at the price when I find it. I was so shocked when I first drank it that I've been chasing it ever since. The first Tenpui I've had in a long time is Banshu Aizan, from Akaban Omachi nama sake. Tenbu♪ It's so good! Oh, no... ♪ Heaven ♪ ♪ I'm ready ♪ ♪ Oh, no ♪ After reciting the incantation twice, it's time to open the bottle! Following the sound of chugging, pour it into the sake cup and smell the sweet aroma. The sweetness and flavor of the wine spreads at once with the first sip! 😆 . This is one of my favorite flavors of Aizan. The bitterness in the moment of swallowing is also backed by the sweetness and it was a good taste until the end 👍. I managed to keep it waiting for 3 days, but if I'm not careful, it's a pattern to finish it the same day. 💦 There is a spell effect, but it was so delicious😋. I'm still going to chase after this heavenly gift~! 😊

I had Senkou for the first time. It is a delicious sake with a little strong acidity and sweetness of the rice. The explanation on the back label is too technical for me to understand (^_^;) Anyway, it seems to be a modernized version of a classic. There is no mistake that it is a delicious sake though it became an expression that I don't understand well, putting aside the theory (^-^). I also wanted to try the "Kabutomushi" that other people have uploaded.

The clerk at the liquor store recommended this sake to me if I liked it sweet. Indeed, it was a perfect strike! My partner and I said in unison, "Delicious! I said in unison. At first, the sourness is strong and tingling, but when you swallow it, the aroma of rice escapes from your nose, and there is a faint sweet aftertaste. If you are not a fan of sake, this is a sake you should try. Wakaha Shuzo is the best!

My first Akatake. It's a delicious sake that everyone is raving about. You can feel the sweetness, but the rice flavor is still there. The aftertaste is refreshing. The acidity is also just right. I would like to try other Akatake's sake as well (^O^)

We opened this bottle for dinner after returning home from my parents' house. It has a fruity taste that I can't imagine from the hard label. Even though I drank it chilled, I could feel the sweetness and sourness. I didn't know you could get this kind of personality out of Junmai sake. Wakaha Shuzo's sake has never been a disappointment for me. If you like fruity sake, please try it (^-^)

The oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka, Ohga Shuzo, has created a GABAGABAHEY raw sake. At the first sip, the fresh and rich rice flavor typical of nama-shu spreads. It is certainly a sake that you might drink with the governor (^-^), and it is delicious. It seems to be a limited sake, so if you are interested, please come early~.

地元の酒で1番勢いのある横山。新酒しぼりたて直汲みは初めて😊横山らしいマスカットっぽい香りにツンとしたアルコールの感じ！ジューシーで米の旨味、甘み、酸味がグッとくるけど、苦味が程よくちょうど良い！でも火入れの方が落ち着いてるから飲みやすいかも🤔
