It's like grapefruit with a hint of sweetness 🤤.
It's not like the usual "smooth and tasty" but it really makes a statement 😍.

Not much aroma, but fruity sweetness and clean, light dry taste. It is easy to drink and delicious.
It is best served cold (room temperature) or cold (hanayaka).
The second drink was a sake cocktail called "Ponchu Greer," made with Amaou strawberries.
Pour the sake into a bottle filled with Japanese dried fruit and beet sugar, etc., and stir until the hackberry sugar dissolves to create a sweet, fruity sake cocktail. It is a delicious sake version of sangria.

Before I drank it, I thought it would be very different from the SENKYO I've had before.......
Oh my gosh 💕It still has that great SENKYO aroma 🎶 and the taste is just like SENKYO 💕.
And it tastes just like SENKYO 💕.
The usual sweet and sour taste is a bit more refreshing 😍.
I had an image that if the rice polishing ratio is high, it tastes like rice and has a cloying taste, but this has none at all!

This special junmai sake is made from a rare rice called "Shizuku Ehime," an original variety of Ehime Prefecture.
It has a melon-like aroma, refreshing acidity and umami flavor.
As the label says it goes great with summer vegetables, I enjoyed it with boiled corn, tomatoes, and sauteed chicken.
