There was also Hashu Honor!
This is a sake that is often sold at Ninoie after I had a chance to drink it at Shoei Yamagata.
Now from Junmai to Junmai Ginjo!
I like to drink them in this order after all 🫶!
A sigh of relief with fruity sake 🍶!

You can certainly taste the umami!
I've had Souup several times, but this junmai sake Dewa no sato was a first for me!

Start of the KYUNPASS trip
3.5 hours to Shin-Aomori by Shinkansen.
The first bottle of sake is Sou Yuu's raw sake.
Melon-like aroma, soft sweetness, gentle acidity, and a refreshing aftertaste...
It's so well-balanced, isn't it?
My travel companion and I emptied it before we arrived in Sendai from Tokyo: ❗️
The mellowness in the mouth, the sense of sake that remains, but there is also a good amount of gentle sweetness that does not interfere with the meal.
Gentle and gorgeous aroma 🎆 Sweetness similar to melon with a hint of sourness
Sweetness similar to melon and slight sourness 🍈.
Fruity and pleasant to drink 🎵
Refreshing aftertaste: 👍️
I could drink again.
Hashu Honor
This time I didn't find it as sweet as usual
The other one is a brand I've never had before, so I wonder what it's like.
Heavy snowfall in the east of Hokkaido this time
It affected us a little.
I heard that Obihiro was like this.
Last time I was there, there was hardly any snow on the roads.
You can never be too careful!

This is Souup's Shizukuri Nama Sake 🍶.
It's your first time to try Sou Yuu, isn't it?
The aroma is slightly sweet with the freshness of new sake.
In the mouth, it has a clear, subtle sweetness and a full-bodied flavor.
It is a beautiful sake.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
Souup Junmai Ginjo Hashu Honor 3,850 yen
On the way home from a business trip, my wife prepared delicious snacks 🤲Honmaguro tuna Nakadashita, Shirako Ponzu, yellowtail grilled with salt, fried oysters, and sea eel sushi.
The aroma is a nice ginjo aroma💜The initial attack is sweet and spicy without being assertive‼️ delicious sake‼️ but elusive, so I would say it is a safe and delicious sake💕︎ I think this is the category of a good food sake😊.
I haven't encountered it since 2022 when I first had the chance to compare three different types of Hazhu Honor at Shoei in Yamagata Prefecture!
Delicious 😋!

Yeast : Yamagata yeast
The aroma is light and mild.
Contains a bit of vegetable botanicals.
The texture is light and slippery, with a good acidity.
The taste is of rice with a hint of oshinshu (rice wine) flavor. It has a slightly dry and dry taste.
It goes well with the sweet soup stock of yellowtail cooked in ara-ni soup stock with a crisp texture.
Taste degree ☆3/5
This is the first new sake from the brewery, a new sake that cherishes the taste that can only be encountered once a year. The brewery says, "Enjoy the fresh, clean taste of freshly squeezed sake like a once-in-a-lifetime encounter that comes along with cherry blossoms.
Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku, rice polishing ratio is 55%, and the yeast is Yamagata yeast.
Served well chilled ✨
The aroma is subdued, and the acidity and bitterness precede the crisp, dry sake👍It has a taste typical of nama-zake, with a clean, dry taste that lingers until later. As you drink it, the rice flavor gradually spreads, but in a modest way 🤤.
I paired it with maitake mushroom and lotus root tempura. This is another sake that goes well together 😆.
