Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending the Tochigi Prefectural Association and had a great time, great drinks and food, and even some whiskey☺.
Thank you to everyone who attended!
And thank you for the sake reviews 😄.
Also, Soumu from Yamagata and Nagai City 😆.
We had some Sandesi left over!
It tastes as good as always and is very stable.
Hi Yasusake 😃
I had a great time at the prefects meeting 🤗 although I was sleepy in the second half 😆 but I didn't forget my glasses 😅Thank you 😌.
Let's do it again 👋
Hello, Jay & Nobby!
Thank you very much for the prefect meeting☺.
I'm sure you were tired from your daily work 😫.
Glasses, glad you could make it👍.
We look forward to seeing you next time ✨
Good evening, Yasusake-san 😄
Thank you for your hard work until the 2nd meeting of the Prefectural Association 😊.
That was fun 😆♪
By the way, you also drank whiskey🥃 at the counter 😋.
I'm looking forward to the next one now 😁Let's meet again 😄👋
The aroma is clear and fresh. It may seem light, but its robust umami flavor spreads softly from the moment it enters the mouth.
It has a refreshing aftertaste with a long aftertaste.
For fish, it can be served steamed with sake, grilled with salt, or simmered with a moderate sweetness.
It also goes well with vegetables with a slightly bitter taste, such as grilled and soaked green peppers.
This is the first hiyaoroshi of the year.
It is refreshing, but has a soft sweet aroma.
It goes well with both meat and fish.
Sake goes well with it, but it also makes the meal go faster.
Mr. Naganuma's Souup: ☺️
Always delicious ❗
I used to buy it at Mr. Saito's or get it from an acquaintance, but now I bought it in Nagai City 😂.
As usual, it's not gorgeous and fragrant! I always buy it from Mr. Saito, but I got it in Nagai city,
It has a fresh aroma, a soft mouthfeel, and a moderate aftertaste that lingers in the back of your throat with a hint of sourness.
It's delicious 😆.
In Yamagata, Takagi Sake Brewery/Jushidai in Murayama City is also delicious, but Sou Yuu is a little different. ☺️
It's crisp and ricey.
I tried it with bonito tataki, and it went perfectly with it, but I think there are other things that would go better with it...
I think it would go well with mackerel or meat,
If you're looking for something else, I think the brown sugar taketokonosato called taketokonokuro would be the best match.
