I received Toyobai-san, which is in my Hall of Fame. I bought it as a souvenir on a trip to Hirosaki in March this year. It's delicious❗️ and the way the sweetness is so soft and yet it disappears like water is the best 😆 Recently, the trend is for pizzazz and juiciness, but I love the way it doesn't interfere with the meal. I know it says to serve it as soon as possible, but I can't seem to open it because it's such a waste. Even though it wasn't a special occasion, I did open it.

We drank Toyobai 2 years ago, but I remember it is delicious. I read that it was sweet and tasty, with sourness and bitterness added!
