The label is cool!
Is the taste dry? There is a hint of sweetness, and it finishes with the umami of the rice.
It was quite delicious.
Thank you for the sake!
I found a red Mai-Bijin and ordered it again. This is the third one I have ordered.
The taste was as unique as I expected. Sour mirin? It was a different drink that was no longer sake. I think there are different tastes, but I love it! (I don't think it tastes good, but...)
Sake made using Sado's traditional sake yeast yeast.
If I hadn't heard that it was made using the traditional sake yeast, I wouldn't have known it was made using the traditional sake yeast!
(I have a stupid tongue.) It was a gentle sweet sake of the modern era! Thank you very much.
The label is cool! So we ordered it.
It is a bittersweet and tart with a hint of bitterness that finishes off the palate.
It is delicious! I like it. Thank you for the food.
This is my first Kurumizaka!
The first impression is a refreshing sourness, but since the alcohol content is 17.5 degrees, there is a gutsy adult taste chasing after it.
It was quite a complex taste.
Thank you very much for your kindness!
It is refreshing and easy to drink!
It is freshly pressed and has a nice sour and sweet taste.
It is said to be released in each season (spring, summer, fall, and winter), so I would like to drink the entire series.
It has a strong rice flavor, but a slight alcohol smell comes in the back end. This is my third sake from Yamanashi Prefecture, but they seem to have something in common 🤔.
I still have a lot to learn. I want to try many kinds of sake this year!
Sake tastes like old-fashioned sake, but in a good way. The taste of sake.
The aftertaste is slightly alcoholic.
I prefer it at room temperature to lukewarm.
Thank you for your continued support this year!
The first check-in this year is Purple Space.
Rich sweetness and moderate acidity.
It is delicious no matter what you drink.
Happy New Year 🎍, Mimomyo🐾!
Thank you very much for the old year🍀.
I made my debut in purple space last year, so I'm looking forward to trying different things this year when I get a chance✨.
I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇.
Happy New Year, ma-ki-!
Purple air is delicious 😋.
It's a wonder that sake tastes different even from the same brewer or the same brand, even though they are made from the same ingredients.
Please teach me more about it this year. Please do!
This is the first sake from Yamanashi Prefecture.
It is a dry sake, so it was very clean and crispy!
After the second day, it became mellower and more pleasant... I think I prefer it after the second day.
Tomio for the first time in about 20 years.
The sake is bottled directly from a faucet that comes out of the wall of the brewery's store.
The bottles are sold by weight and are bottled directly from the faucet that comes out of the wall of the sake brewery's shop.
The type of sake changes depending on the season, but this time it was Junmai Daiginjo.
The taste was, for better or worse, traditional Fushimi sake. It had a strong sweet taste with a sweet aftertaste, and for my taste, I would have liked a little more sharpness. I would have liked a little more sharpness.
It's the season for new sake 😋.
This time we had Takeba. My first impression was that it was slightly sweet and crisp! After that, the umami of rice that seems to come from the original sake chased after it...delicious! Thank you very much!
