This is my first sake from Tottori Prefecture! It is indeed dry, but the umami of the rice comes first, so it is not all dry. It is delicious!

The item is not sake, but other brewed sake. The sake is made in a sake brewery in an apartment complex in Osaka. The taste is a wine with a strong sake flavor. Lychee is a secondary ingredient, but I didn't feel it. Just plain delicious 😊.
