It is said that if the sake level is over 20, it is called Cho Manotsuru, and if it is under 20, it is called O-Manotsuru. As the name suggests, the taste was hot, spicy, and sharp, but it did not have the alcohol smell that is common in this type of sake, and it had a good umami flavor ๐Ÿ˜Š. Thank you very much!

Hiroshima sake with Hiroshima oysters! The first sakรฉ you take a sip, you may think it's dry. The first sakรฉ is dry, but then a moderate sweetness follows and it finishes off. It's a strange taste. I like it!
