I found a sake that I was interested in.
It is fruity with sweetness from the rice, and finishes with a slight bitterness. It was a sake I would like to try again next year.

It seems to be a collaboration product sold in Mie and Aichi prefectures.
It is refreshing and has a nice sharpness.
I had it with dashimaki rolls as a side dish, but it tasted like it would go well with any other food.

From the label, there is no sense of sake.
When you drink it, it is no longer sake.
It has a soft aroma, sweetness comes first, and then acidity finishes it off. Tastes like ice wine. I like it!

A little bit of dryness and acidity. The umami flavor comes in from there. Since the alcohol content is 17%, I thought it would have a strong gutsy taste, but it was surprisingly gentle.

It is said that if the sake level is over 20, it is called Cho Manotsuru, and if it is under 20, it is called O-Manotsuru.
As the name suggests, the taste was hot, spicy, and sharp, but it did not have the alcohol smell that is common in this type of sake, and it had a good umami flavor 😊. Thank you very much!

The sake is made in a sake brewery in an apartment complex in Osaka. The taste is a wine with a strong sake flavor. Lychee is a secondary ingredient, but I didn't feel it.
