I had been curious about this sake for a long time! Is it the same as Wakanami by the same sake brewer that goes from sweetness to acidity and finishes with a sharp taste? The difference is that I strongly felt the umami of the rice. It was delicious!

We ordered this sake at a restaurant we patronize because of the label. The owner and other regulars told me about the sake and the brewery. A bottle of sake that gets the conversation going...that's the best part of drinking outside 😊. I thought it would be sweet because of the gentle sourness in the mouth, but it was surprisingly dry. I thought it would be sweet, but it was dry. As the name suggests, it was a crisp, fluffy, soft-tasting sake.

It is a limited edition Miyazumi from the hanpukai of Kadoya Sake Shop in Osaka. The taste is moderate in both sweetness and acidity. It was the kind of sake I would like to drink slowly and carefully on a long autumn evening. Thank you very much for the sake.

It's been a long time since I've had a Hanabama. Slightly carbonated. Slightly acidic and tasty. The alcohol content is 17 degrees. It has a heavy feeling. In a good sense, it was a Hanaboe that didn't seem like a Hanaboe.
