19% alcohol by volume. Sourness, sweetness, gutsy and thick. As expected, it has a dripping mouthfeel! But it has a nice sharpness. It is delicious! The only thing that bothered me a little was the tingling aftertaste. Was it due to the brewer's alcohol?

This is my first Kawatsuru. It is said to be brewed with olive yeast, but I couldn't tell much because of my stupid tongue. It was delicious, with a refreshing sourness and aroma! I wonder what the difference is between Olive and Olive Light? I would like to compare them.

Original from Shusendo Horiichi in Nagoya, Japan. My first impression was that it was like a soda with a hint of sweetness. However, as I drank it, the spiciness and bitterness of the original sake gradually changed my impression of this strange sake.
