This is the spring version of the sake we received in January.
Refreshing sweetness and umami from the chilliness of the gas, a little sweeter than the winter version?
Fruity sweetness in the mouth, followed by the delicious taste of rice, with a slight bitterness? It also has a nice sharpness. It was a somewhat strange taste.
I like it!
It is said that if the sake level is over 20, it is called Cho Manotsuru, and if it is under 20, it is called O-Manotsuru.
As the name suggests, the taste was hot, spicy, and sharp, but it did not have the alcohol smell that is common in this type of sake, and it had a good umami flavor 😊. Thank you very much!
Hiroshima sake with Hiroshima oysters!
The first saké you take a sip, you may think it's dry. The first saké is dry, but then a moderate sweetness follows and it finishes off. It's a strange taste.
I like it!
The item is not sake, but other brewed sake.
The sake is made in a sake brewery in an apartment complex in Osaka. The taste is a wine with a strong sake flavor. Lychee is a secondary ingredient, but I didn't feel it.
Just plain delicious 😊.
The first impression is that it is clean and dry.
But as you drink it, the sweetness increases.
Does the taste change depending on the temperature? Or am I just drunk?
Either way, it was delicious.
Thank you very much!
It tastes great, despite the cute label! The first sip is refreshing.
The first sip is refreshing, followed by umami and fruity flavors. Slight sweetness. I want to drink it again.
Dry? Slight sweetness and sourness in the middle.
The delicious taste of the rice comes through from there.
I often have the specialty of the restaurant I visit, "Jyakoten" as a side dish! Thank you very much!
I was attracted by the ceramic bottle and ordered it.
It tasted like sweet, traditional sake. We had it at room temperature, but it might taste better warmed up...
By the way, I couldn't find this sake called "Bi" on the Internet. I wonder why...?
When you put it in your mouth, you think it is sweet? You may think it is sweet, but no, it is dry. It is a fun sake that changes its flavor as you take a sip! I like it 😋.
This is my first time in Yokoyama.
It is delicious!
It is sweet. It is fruity.
The umami comes in from there.
Personally, I tend to have a "..." aftertaste with this type of sake, but this one has a nice and crisp finish. I would like to drink it again.
Thank you for the sake!
Good morning, Mimomyo🐾!
Congratulations on your first visit to Yokoyama🍶🎊!
I saw this at the liquor store the other day and was wondering 🥲.
I regretted it when I saw the review😱I'll have to buy it next time I stock up. ❣️
