It has a strong rice flavor, but a slight alcohol smell comes in the back end. This is my third sake from Yamanashi Prefecture, but they seem to have something in common 🤔. I still have a lot to learn. I want to try many kinds of sake this year!

Tomio for the first time in about 20 years. The sake is bottled directly from a faucet that comes out of the wall of the brewery's store. The bottles are sold by weight and are bottled directly from the faucet that comes out of the wall of the sake brewery's shop. The type of sake changes depending on the season, but this time it was Junmai Daiginjo. The taste was, for better or worse, traditional Fushimi sake. It had a strong sweet taste with a sweet aftertaste, and for my taste, I would have liked a little more sharpness. I would have liked a little more sharpness.

It is a sake with 90% rice polishing ratio. There is no bitterness, and the flavor of the rice is very good. The taste is clean and dry, with no harshness, and it goes straight to the finish. Delicious!
