Hiroshima sake with Hiroshima oysters! The first saké you take a sip, you may think it's dry. The first saké is dry, but then a moderate sweetness follows and it finishes off. It's a strange taste. I like it!

It seems to be a limited edition of 300 bottles of sake? The taste is refreshing, gentle and dry. You can drink as much as you want.

The item is not sake, but other brewed sake. The sake is made in a sake brewery in an apartment complex in Osaka. The taste is a wine with a strong sake flavor. Lychee is a secondary ingredient, but I didn't feel it. Just plain delicious 😊.

The first impression is that it is clean and dry. But as you drink it, the sweetness increases. Does the taste change depending on the temperature? Or am I just drunk? Either way, it was delicious. Thank you very much!

It tastes great, despite the cute label! The first sip is refreshing. The first sip is refreshing, followed by umami and fruity flavors. Slight sweetness. I want to drink it again.

Dry? Slight sweetness and sourness in the middle. The delicious taste of the rice comes through from there. I often have the specialty of the restaurant I visit, "Jyakoten" as a side dish! Thank you very much!

I was attracted by the ceramic bottle and ordered it. It tasted like sweet, traditional sake. We had it at room temperature, but it might taste better warmed up... By the way, I couldn't find this sake called "Bi" on the Internet. I wonder why...?

This is my first time in Yokoyama. It is delicious! It is sweet. It is fruity. The umami comes in from there. Personally, I tend to have a "..." aftertaste with this type of sake, but this one has a nice and crisp finish. I would like to drink it again. Thank you for the sake!

Good morning, Mimomyo🐾! Congratulations on your first visit to Yokoyama🍶🎊! I saw this at the liquor store the other day and was wondering 🥲. I regretted it when I saw the review😱I'll have to buy it next time I stock up. ❣️

Good morning, Muro-san. I, too, was curious about your review of Sake-no-wa. I hope you will too, Muro-san!

I ordered a label I had never seen before. It is a rare sake that is only sold at a few sake stores in Japan. It is sweet and finishes with the bitterness of the rice. It is delicious! Each sake has a strong flavor, but they seem to be somewhat thin. The label says the production date is 2023/9. It is tasty enough, but I would have liked to drink it with new sake.

Sorry for the bad photo... I didn't feel much of the grape flavor, but when I took a sip, I felt a good sweetness, followed by a sourness, and then a sharp finish. I have not had many sake from Shikoku, but I would like to try some from now on 😊.

I found a red Mai-Bijin and ordered it again. This is the third one I have ordered. The taste was as unique as I expected. Sour mirin? It was a different drink that was no longer sake. I think there are different tastes, but I love it! (I don't think it tastes good, but...)

Sake made using Sado's traditional sake yeast yeast. If I hadn't heard that it was made using the traditional sake yeast, I wouldn't have known it was made using the traditional sake yeast! (I have a stupid tongue.) It was a gentle sweet sake of the modern era! Thank you very much.
