A mellow and robust honjozo brewed with the unique "nama-moto" brewing method. It goes well with creamy and rich dishes. It is said to be refreshing at room temperature, and its umami flavor is enhanced when heated.
Sake rice is domestic rice, milling ratio is 65%, and the yeast is undisclosed.
Served well chilled ✨
We found this at the souvenir shop on the first floor of JR Kobuchizawa station during a trip to Hokuto City in Yamanashi Prefecture👍.
It is a sake with a full-bodied flavor typical of the sake yeast, and a distinctly dry taste with strong acidity and bitterness 🤤.
This is a sake I'd like to warm up and enjoy 😆.

Yamanashi Business Trip Part ㉙
Today is the last night of my business trip to Yamanashi 🌃I had to work late so I stayed overnight in Kofu 😊I'm going back to Hokuriku tomorrow, but I don't know if I can go back 🤔Don't worry, I'm going to drink at Kuragen Izakaya TANIZAKURA 😀.
I got oden assortment and Jungin grainy dry bitterness 😋The aroma is a little bit al 🤔The taste is crisp and clean in the mouth, it's a royal dry sake 😊I can also taste the rice flavor and it goes great with oden 🍢👍.
Sake (2) that I received as a birthday present.
They use Fuji cherry blossom yeast collected from cherry blossoms in Yamanashi Prefecture.
According to the official SNS of the brewery, orders exceeded expectations, so it seems to be sold out, and the next batch will be released in late February or early March.
It has a slightly grain-like aroma on the nose. It has a clean and light aroma, and the spiciness doesn't bother me too much. The final aftertaste is cherry-like.
A little like a cider.
I really like flower yeast sake 😆.
I wish it was a little sweeter though!
Tomorrow is my day off.
I'll be there! 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
I'm going to drink! I'll be drinking 🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶.
I'll tell you what would be good...
From the fridge in the back of the store.
The label is a flyer... 👀👀👀
Brave....with a scary look in his eyes....

I see 🧐I'll have this sake!
I'll have this sake!
〜The representative of Yamanashi Prefecture!
Junmai Ginjo-shu with the flavor of rice produced by Mr. Leiji Matsumoto!
I see 🧐.
Well, let's take a sip...delicious!
Refreshing! Slight acidity!
Hi Shishigami 🐦.
This is a picture I would pick up if I could see it and wonder what it is 😆 And is it a Leiji Matsumoto label! It's so precious 🙏✨I'm so 2018 🧐.
Sake tastes like old-fashioned sake, but in a good way. The taste of sake.
The aftertaste is slightly alcoholic.
I prefer it at room temperature to lukewarm.

Business trip to Yamanashi No.7
Today, I had a bottle of Tanizakura by Tanizakura Sake Brewery, which I bought at the supermarket 😀.
It was served at room temperature, but you can hardly smell the aroma 🤔It is slightly sweet on the palate? It has a beautiful acidity and a nice sharpness😊It is a light and dry sake that you will never get tired of drinking 😚👍.
