It was my first time to drink TANI-Sakura!
It is easy to drink with a clean texture. It is also fruity and easy to drink for beginners. But be careful not to drink too much, as it is very drinkable.

The color is clear and transparent.
The top aroma is mild, with a green apple-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is slightly fresh and mineral.
The taste is slightly fruity, with a mineral sweetness, a bit of bitterness, and a slight spiciness that tingles on the tongue.
As the temperature rises, it seems to get a little nutty.

It is really summery, crisp and dry, and I drank it cooled.

I attended "Sake Fair 2024" 😀 .
The venue is the Cultural Hall of Sunshine City in Ikebukuro.
You get a wristband and an inokuchi at the entrance, then you can drink all the sake you want from 45 prefectures for 3 hours 😊.
