Tomio for the first time in about 20 years. The sake is bottled directly from a faucet that comes out of the wall of the brewery's store. The bottles are sold by weight and are bottled directly from the faucet that comes out of the wall of the sake brewery's shop. The type of sake changes depending on the season, but this time it was Junmai Daiginjo. The taste was, for better or worse, traditional Fushimi sake. It had a strong sweet taste with a sweet aftertaste, and for my taste, I would have liked a little more sharpness. I would have liked a little more sharpness.
