I missed out on drinking it last year. Mimuro Sugi no Hiyoroshi❗️ This year I was able to drink it 😊. It has a faint melon-like aroma 🍈. It has a sweetness that is typical of Omachi and is loaded with umami: ❗️ The aftertaste is also quite refreshing. It is a very tasty sake that goes well with meals. It is a very delicious sake👍

Yamasan drinking comparison😊 I bought this on a trip to Nagano. I'm finally going to open the bottle because it's too good to waste ❗️ It's a draft sake so I have to drink it soon😅. The first one is Junmai Ginjo, Yamae Nishiki, Hitogokochi. The aroma is subdued: ❗️ The taste is quite fragrant with the aroma of wooden vats. It has sweetness but with a hint of bitterness and gasiness. It is refreshing. ‼️ It's been a while since I've had a wooden vat aroma😊. This Daishinshu is only sold at a few liquor stores in Nagano. Only a few liquor stores in Nagano carry it. It is also not available at the brewery.
