At Asano Sake Shop SANNOMIYA. I asked the staff what Okura sake is like. The staff said... "It is a perverted sake"...? I didn't understand the perversity, but it is a normal, tasty and good sake. It has a fresh aroma and a gaseous feeling peculiar to direct pumping. The sweetness and umami are good. A taste that you will never get tired of.

It is a limited edition sake that can only be purchased at the brewery. It is juicy and has a light gassy feeling on the tongue. It has a unique flavor and bitterness. A hint of sweetness. A fresh and beautiful sake. It has a different taste from the usual Shinshu Kamerei and is delicious.

We got the information from YouTube's SakeLabo channel that from November 20, 2024, Senkori will be rebranded after 20 years, called "Edo-gari".... We immediately went to Yamanaka Sake Shop at JR Osaka Station to get some 👍. Opened a bottle specially for me despite it being a weekday off. Thanks to my wife💦. It is not at all like the sweet and sour image of Sentori, but has a juicy yet complex flavor with a combination of volume, thickness, etc. It has a low alcohol content and is very enjoyable to drink. The low alcohol content makes the cup go down a storm. It is also beautiful and fresh. I'm glad I bought it👍

Purchased at Tanakaya in Uonotana, Akashi City. I could not buy it last year because it was sold out, but I got it this year. Gorgeous aroma like melon. The taste is mellow, clear and fruity. Juicy and delicious. I think I will buy another bottle👍.

Drinking alone at NENRIM, a sake merchant in front of JR Akashi Station. This is a test brew that challenges the traditional sake. The taste is said to be different from the traditional Daito. I've never had Daito before, but 💦. Mellow pineapple aroma and cool acidity.
