Purchased at Oguraya in Nishi-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. Gorgeous aroma, beautiful sweetness and acidity in harmony, juicy. It is juicy and light on the tongue. The owner recommended the curry-flavored whale meat, the rib-flavored whale meat, and the canned conger eel over sake. They were exquisite.

Purchased at Iwai Kotobuki Shoten in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. I was able to get it again this year. The aroma is gorgeous, the taste is very juicy, and the aftertaste disappears easily from the mouth. This is my favorite sake from Kangiku. Serve it in a glass, chilled to a crisp.

Purchased at Iwai Kotobuki Shoten in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. The brewer's recommendation at the Okuharima store tasting. Put it in a rocks glass with ice and mix it with 1:1 carbonated water. Lemon-like acidity. It has a refreshing taste.

I went there for the first time after searching for nearby liquor stores on the Internet. Purchased at Nakatomo Sake Shop in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. Beautiful and gorgeous aroma. Purchased at Yamanaka Sake Shop at JR Osaka Station's Ekimarche. It is a limited edition early summer junmai sake brewed with Shizuoka yeast. It has an aroma of alcohol, a moderate sweetness, and a tangy throat feel. It is a classic light sake. Left in the refrigerator for about two weeks. The alcohol smell is gone and it has a nice junmai aroma. The flavor is more fruity and juicy. It was a surprising change!

On the weekend, my wife and I grilled meat together. We went to Taniyan, a charcoal grill and seafood hamayaki restaurant near the Genoa Line in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. The aroma is gorgeous, and the fruit-like sweetness and juiciness are amazing. It is a dangerous sake that is so fresh that you could drink as much as you want on its own.
