I was able to get it this year.
I drank too much yesterday at Sake Bar Wave in Akashi City and tried to hold back today...but I couldn't 💦.
I couldn't resist and opened the bottle... and the lid blew off💦.
The aroma is faintly fruity, and the fruitiness reminds me of pineapple, which spreads out on the palate at once. Fresh and juicy. I knew it, Kangiku-san is delicious no matter what you drink👍👍

We had a bottle of Jyushiyo, which is not on the menu.
It was too much to comment on the taste...it was just plain delicious.
I can't believe that you can drink Jyushiyo in Akashi. I found a great place!
