October 9 was my 63rd birthday, but since it is a rest day from Monday to Thursday, I held back and toasted today. My family gave me a horseshoe-shaped coin case made of Tsuchiya's cordovan. Thank you very much. It was purchased at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. Sweet and refreshing aroma. It is fruity, and its flavor and sweetness spread at once. The acidity, which is not too assertive, is also good. It is a good sake.

At the HIMONO Yaro Umeda Baltika 03 Ekiue branch. If you're lucky, you might be able to drink some sansho👍. It is a dry sake with a distinctive rice flavor. I think it is the best sake for a mid-meal drink.

At the HIMONO Yaro Umeda Baltika 03 Ekiue branch. If you're lucky, you might be able to drink some San-do👍. It is said to be the highest grade Jikin brewed with Yamadanishiki from a local contract farmer in Nabari, Mie Prefecture. Aroma, sweetness, everything is in perfect harmony. It is elegant and even noble. Too delicious to drink more 😭
