At Sake Bar Nami in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. The master recommended this mixed liqueur packed with Yamagata cherries and other fruits. It has a very strange taste with a tightened fruity aroma and sweetness. It is also delicious👍. Dodanadazu" is a Yamagata dialect equivalent to "Dodanaiyanen" in Kansai dialect and "Dodanaiyanen" in standard Japanese.

Purchased at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe, Hyogo. Almost 20 points and if you're lucky you may get a bottle of Jyushiyo💦. This sake is brewed with rare rice, Kameiki. Also known as "Hige-ban". Aroma is mild and fruity with a hint of sweetness and umami. Sweetness and umami. Fresh and clean mouthfeel. The usual flashy sweetness and juiciness is not so strong, but this sake is also delicious!

Purchased at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. This sake is brewed with Sake Mirai, a sake rice developed by Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of "Jyushiyo". It has a gorgeous aroma and a gentle sweetness that spreads quickly in the mouth. As expected of Kangiku-san ❗️ too delicious 😭

The master of Sake Bar Nami in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, to whom we are always indebted, stocked this Fukkai in response to our request. It was so delicious that I was shocked. I bought it immediately when it was restocked on the Internet. The aroma is slightly fruity. The taste is fresh, elegant, and delicious. It is so light that I think I could finish the entire bottle in one go💦 I would like to try the Reihou next time.

Red Comet Shah. The bottle was opened on our 33rd wedding anniversary. The first half of the year 2025 has been a series of unrealistic events, but thanks to everyone's help, we will manage to get through it. Thank you. The aroma is mild and fruity, though not flashy. The taste is beautiful, light and fresh. I feel like I can keep drinking as much as I want. Rice wine is good👍.

Purchased at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. This is the first Miyazumi in three years. The aroma is mild, the flavor is juicy and firm, and the acidity is beautifully balanced. It has a crisp and clean finish, and you can enjoy the taste of rice. It is ideal as a mid-meal drink. It does not have the glamour of Sharaku, but it asserts itself well. It is still a good sake👍.

㊗️ First Holy. Low alcohol summer sake. After a break, I opened the bottle to enjoy it. Fruity aroma, fruity mouthfeel. Fresh and refreshing. Low alcohol and light. Delicious. ❗️ Gunma Prefecture has a lot of good sake. I lived in Saitama Prefecture for about 7 years due to a job transfer, and my area of responsibility was Gunma and Nagano prefectures. At the time, I was not a fan of sake and did not taste it at all. If I had liked sake, I would have surely toured sake breweries and visited local sake stores without working. What a shame 💦.

At Akashi kinomi (izakaya) where my sons took me on Father's Day. This is the same sake brewery that produces Ine Mangaka made from red rice. It has a sake strength of 17.0, a delicious rice flavor, and excellent sharpness.

At Akashi kinomi (izakaya) where my sons took me on Father's Day. It's been a long time since I've had Koei Kiku. It is still delicious. Fruity aroma. Juicy, sweet and sour, with a slight bitterness like grapefruit at the end. It goes down your throat in a gulp.
