Tanakaya, a shop at Uonodana in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, bought this sake immediately with the killer phrase, "Sake that's on the rise. It is the first product of "Iraka Sake Brewery," which is independently brewed by a master brewer who has developed Taishinshu into a famous sake brewery. The aroma is clean and banana-like, and the taste and sweetness of the rice are well pronounced. Delicious: ‼️

At Asano Sake Shop SANNOMIYA. I asked the staff what Okura sake is like. The staff said... "It is a perverted sake"...? I didn't understand the perversity, but it is a normal, tasty and good sake. It has a fresh aroma and a gaseous feeling peculiar to direct pumping. The sweetness and umami are good. A taste that you will never get tired of.

It is a limited edition sake that can only be purchased at the brewery. It is juicy and has a light gassy feeling on the tongue. It has a unique flavor and bitterness. A hint of sweetness. A fresh and beautiful sake. It has a different taste from the usual Shinshu Kamerei and is delicious.
