This is my favorite summer junmai from Tedorigawa!
I am also interested in the fact that it is dry. The aroma is of apples. Very mild aroma.
The taste is mildly sweet and umami. It has a refreshing aftertaste with a hint of acidity. Although it is dry, it also has umami and the taste of sake can be felt. It also has a sense of transparency. Delicious 😄It would go well with fish sashimi and other dishes.
