Next up was the sake that was left for me 🍶 Aikoku by Hououmida. The ancient sake rice "Aikoku No. 3" was revived and brewed by Sengoku and Hououmida respectively 🍶.
Let's start with Hououmida! The aroma is fruity like apple, but less so. The taste is not so sweet. The taste is not so sweet, but there is umami from it. The acidity and bitterness overlap in a good way and it finishes well. Overall, it is tasty and easy to drink. It goes down smoothly. Good for summer time.
By the way, the photo is of Tsubu-chan.
