New Year's Eve ends with local sake 😆. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and the rice polishing ratio is 29%, but it is not too refreshing and the sweetness of the rice is mellow and deep. Great value for money 👍 Personal rating 8.0/10 points

First of all, I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the victims of the Noto Peninsula earthquake. I have not been posting since the end of last year, but I will resume today. Happy New Year to you all 🎍. We look forward to your posts in the new year 🙇. Ryoseki sake brewery is new to me and Hanamup is still waiting in the fridge, but I'll take it from Ryoseki 😊. It has a good ginjo aroma, sweet and full flavor, with some spiciness and a clean finish (P.S.) Umah! Personal rating 7.0/10 points

Merry Christmas🎄 And the 4th Nigori Festival! While most of you are drinking fashionable sake, I chose this gory one 😅. Nigori 🦍🦍✕2 It's a dangerous one with an alcohol content of 19 degrees and a quarter of the bottle left 😅. It's almost like doburoku, I like it a lot. Personal rating 8.5/10 points

It's time to drink this again this season✨ I've been saving a bottle from last year, but I finally missed the timing to open it, so I decided to compare it with this year's 💦. The bottle was opened 🤤The one from last year was stirred automatically and the taste did not seem to deteriorate, as usual, with a good balance of sweet, sour and bitter. Next is this year's one, the sapidity has increased by 1.5 % 😆 The acidity is stronger than last year's one and it's very fresh 🙂 Ummm! Of course, it's still a draft sake, so the earlier you drink it, the more you'll be able to taste the freshness of the sake 😅. I'm planning to buy one or two more bottles so I can drink it early this year!

The search brings up the Hiraki Brewery in Okayama Prefecture, but this is the Hiraki Brewery in Shizuoka Prefecture, and the origin seems to be the same. I got it as a souvenir when my family went on a trip to Hakone and Izu 😊. I wasn't planning to drink it right away, but the day after I got it, we had oden for dinner and I had to drink it with dashi soup stock (I didn't have any sake that goes well with dashi soup stock 😅). It is mild and mild without any corners and has a good flavor of rice, but not too heavy 👍It is a good sake for a meal. Next, I added it to oden with dashi soup stock. Personal rating 7.0/10 points

It's been a while since I've had my favorite Eiko-Fuji 😊. This is my first time to drink this one, still sweet and fruity, this time apple type 🍎, maybe because it is brewed with edible rice "Tsuyahime", anyway it has a strong umami 😆 The acidity and bitterness are also good, not feeling heavy is amazing (☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆) By the way, our rice is Hitomebore and Tsuyahime 🍚. We had a small bottle of fugu fin sake 🍶 that we got at a legal event, so it was quite cold and the warm sake soaked into my body. ☺️ I also found some oysters when I was shopping, so I steamed them with sake. It's been a long time since I've been on a solo camping trip and I had a luxurious time 😆.

I went to buy a different sake, but for some reason it caught my eye and I went straight to the cash register, where the clerk told me with a huge smile that it was the last one 😅. At first I thought it was slightly sparkling, sweet and refreshing, but towards the end it was quite dry. It's not flashy, but you can really taste the rice flavor, and the characteristic sourness, bitterness, and spiciness come through to finish. Personal evaluation 7.0/10 points
