It is said that this ginjo-shu was designed with the motif of "Miracle Pine Tree" in Rikuzentakata City as a symbol of such a wish. It has a light and refreshing taste with a hint of sweetness typical of ginjo-shu, and is easy to drink with low alcohol content and no peculiarities. Personal rating 6.5/10 points

Purchased at a newly opened liquor store nearby 🍶. The store had a much better selection of whiskey than sake (next time I'll visit for the whiskey 💦). I asked the kids what the face on the label looked like on their first Ding, and they said it looked like a smiling face, and I thought so too 😊. The first impact is sweet! But it's not too sticky for not having much acidity, and it has a good bitterness and moderate alu-ness that makes it drinkable on its own or as a food wine (д)uma! Personal rating 7.5/10 points

Today is the entrance ceremony for my eldest daughter's vocational school🌸 Hi-Q! It was held at the Kammei Arena Sendai (former Sendai City Gymnasium), the sacred place of HIQUE! So we opened a bottle of spring-like Shihoru Sakura Label 😆. It has a slight gaseous taste and is generally soft and gentle 😊It also has a moderate acidity and a nice sharpness 😊Umah! Cherry blossoms were in full bloom in Sendai🌸 Personal rating 8.5/10 points

I was curious about Kuroemon XVI, another first for us, as I have been seeing him a lot lately at Sake no Wa 😊. The ginjo aroma gives off a rich, sweet taste 😆. As the label says, "The royal road to sweetness! As it says on the label It has a rich sweetness and umami, a sweetness reminiscent of peach and a berry-like acidity that is full without being too heavy, and a lingering sweetness that lingers for a long time. I didn't realize it was made with a modern taste until I saw the label 😲. Personal rating 7.5/10 points

This is my first visit to Morai, Aomori Prefecture, following my last visit. The aroma is sweet from the ginjo aroma, sweet and mellow with a pleasant gasiness 🍇 It is quite sweet but has no sticky feeling, and the beautiful acidity and pleasant bitterness make it refreshing. I had it in a tin cup, which I have always wanted 🤤. Personal rating 8/10 points

I've been wanting to try the Macho series 💪 after seeing your post. I was often torn between Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Aizan Macho, but this time I chose Aizan: ☺️ Actually, I don't like to buy Aizan, but when I tried it this time, I found it to be a great drink! The aroma is subdued, and the taste is from the freshness of the sake, to the rummy and pineapple feeling 🍍? The taste is rich, sweet and acidic, especially the lingering umami. It's amazing that it's so sweet and tasty but not sticky 😲. Personal rating 8/10 points

We received a Hidakami from Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, because of 3.11. It's been 13 years already! I thought it was light and dry, but it was quite sweet😅. The sourness and bitterness may remind you of lemonade 🍋, but it's just me 🤤. It's not too light, but it's not too light, so it can be served as a mealtime drink or on its own. Personal rating 8/10 points

They said it was a gift from a neighbor and they use this "Hitomebore" with their neighbor🌾. I realized I hadn't had this one in the Miyaganbai Four Seasons series, so I immediately bought it this year✨. This sake is brewed with Miyatubaki yeast, Miyakanbai's original camellia flower yeast, which was discovered in the camellia flowers in the brewery's garden and is suitable for sake brewing❀. It has a slight gaseous taste, a soft honey-like sweetness, a gentle sourness, almost no bitterness, and a low alcohol content of 12 degrees, so it is very easy to drink. (It may be a little too sweet for those who don't like sweet) Personal rating 7/10 points
